I just wanted to thank you for planning such a great trip to Disney for us! We enjoyed every second. We ran our butts off and did it all, so now we're ready to think about a beach vacation for next year where we can relax and just remember all the running we did this year - ha! Can you keep your eye open for some good deals to the Caribbean or Bahamas? I was also interested in looking into a Beaches resort. We have the boys' passports, so we can go, go, go. :) If something good pops up, please let me know so we can think about it. I've already started saving for the next trip!

YES, I would recommend a Destination Wedding because they are so much fun and you get a Wedding and Honeymoon and time to be with family and friends -- It's not just one day that goes by so quickly and parts of it you wish you had more time to do, you get a few or several days to still enjoy the fun and the "special" feeling of getting married and being with your family and friends. (I feel one of the keys is, unfortunately, having family and friends who can afford to do it).
I would absolutely and definately recommend Sandals and the Negril Resort! All of the staff at Sandals Negril were so interested in making sure we were having a great time and taking care of us. The Wedding Staff were nothing short of amazing.! I am so glad we spent the money we did on our Reception because it was Fabulous! Not cheap but well worth what we spent. Great food, drinks, music and the tables and all the set ups looked so beautiful, everyone agreed. We had no issues fortunately, except they could not play the CD I burned for them,(which I blamed on their equipment which was old, I played it on 3 different players at home to test it and it worked every time,) BUT the Sandals Staff produced and old "boom box" and it played on it, so we had our processional, recessional, and our 1st dance played on this Boom Box! Nobody cared and we were happy.!
Finally, OF COURSE I would recomend VIP for doing not only the trip but the Destination Wedding. If you recall when I called you we were really undecided about what to do for our wedding. We have both been married before, we are NOT a young couple, have grown children, and were really not up for making a whole lot of arrangements and putting on our own Wedding. So - your suggestion to do a Destination was just what we needed! Making some of the Decisions and getting $ from the Sandals people were not easy, but they were do-able because we planned in advance. There probably could have been a smoother process for this, and i think part of it was our fault because we were not sure what we really wanted. But it all worked out, some patience was required by all but any wedding is going to require that!
So there you are, our thoughts for now - thanks again.

Jen Graf at VIP Vacations was awesome and great! I have to say she helped me with everything I needed her to do, and answered all my concerns and questions. It also never took her long to answer back.
All the hassle, stress, and worry about going on vacation was on her (and she did great) and all I had to do was pack my things and show up at the airport. She also gave me great web sites to look at and see what there is to do in Disney.
I will be definitely be using VIP for all my future vacations!

I would definitely recommend VIP! I loved knowing that you had your own destination wedding and that you have had experience with it. You really helped narrow down our choices in the beginning and got it all started for us. I would have had no idea where to start! I loved that you were able to get a group rate and that our guests could just call you to arrange everything and that you were able to get us the upgrades and all that.

My fiance, now husband, met Jennifer on a destination wedding forum on Facebook shortly after we were engaged. We had already been contacted by a couple of "imposters" but when we started communicating with Jennifer, we knew that we had met the real deal!
We already knew that we wanted to get married at Beaches Turks & Caicos based off of reviews we had read but had a few hurdles to overcome (even though a destination wedding, we wanted a Catholic mass). As we overcame these hurdles, Jennifer stayed on the sidelines, cheering us on until we figured everything out and we could officially move forward with our desired location.
From the get-go, Jennifer was informative, on the ball, personable - she genuinely cares about her clients and invests herself and her staff into ensuring that the bride and groom, and their friends and families, have as easy of a time as possible through the planning stages. We opted to invite as many people as we would've if we got married stateside - more than 250 - so had to plan accordingly with the room block.
Jennifer and her staff took care of all of our guests accomodations, looking outside the room block for those guests that hoped for a different class room, etc., and figuring out how to accomodate them all. In the end, we had more than 50 rooms booked with 98 attendees!
While I live clear across the country from Jennifer, I had the pleasure of meeting up with her a couple of months before the wedding while we were both in Las Vegas on business. When I met her face-to-face, I felt that I was meeting up with an old friend - that's the kind of service that you get with Jennifer and VIP.
Planning an island destination wedding can certainly have its frustrations - onsite staff is on "island time" but working with VIP eased those frustrations greatly. My husband and I never once had to wait around for a response from the onsite staff - Jennifer handled all communication and coordination with them up until our arrival in Turks & Caicos. Also, knowing that I was looking for inexpensive, personal touches to complement the Martha Stewart Wedding Packages Beaches offers, she even did research on Etsy.com and sent me vendor suggestions - all of which I used!
My husband and I were very lucky and honored to have Jennifer as a guest at our wedding - we had developed such a great relationship with her over 12 months that we couldn't imagine not having her there with us. Of course, in her true nature of a hardworker, she was there partly as a guest but mostly to make sure that Beaches Turks' second largest wedding ever went off without a hitch (I do hope that she got to enjoy a glass of bubbly or two!). She even got up before 7 a.m. the following morning to attend our "trash the dress" photo session (my parents didn't even make it up for that!). She was genuinely enjoying the fun that my husband and I were having.
Our overall experience with Jennifer and VIP was amazing and added to the enjoyment of our engagement and wedding. We will certainly be using VIP again for future trips. More than being a client of Jennifer's, we now see ourselves as friends.

It has been a crazy time getting back to "real life"! We had such a wonderful time! The resort was beautiful, the weather was fantastic, and the wedding went so smoothly. Truly the memorable experience we were looking for.
Our favorite restaurants were Arizona's and Mario's and Kimono's was definitely a must. Our chef sang to us! The Italian village was gorgeous. If we go back, we’d probably try to stay there.
Our wedding planner was fantastic (Comanchi, or something like that) and our photographer (Jimmie) was really great too. I'll have to send you some of our professional pics, they are great!
Overall we had a great time and all of our family and friends were so happy to be a part of our trip. Thanks so much in helping us plan!

Thank you! It was nice to plan our wedding with someone who had already had a destination wedding and who could give us honest advice. We enjoyed not having to book rooms and flights for all of our guests or answer their many questions!
I would recommend Sandals Negril to other brides. Negril had a lot of options for the wedding ceremony and reception, compared to Montego Bay and Royal Caribbean. Plus the beach was much nicer.
We ordered a lot of extras for the wedding (lights, arch, etc. ) last minute, going way over our budget, but by then we didn't care!!! Our wedding captain, Gawayne did a phenomenal job getting EVERYONE to dance, despite the weather. (It downpoured on our beach reception, right as our main course was being served.) We had a steel drum band at our cocktail hour, which we recommend and a DJ at our reception!

We just returned from Majestic Elegance June 5th 2011. This all inclusive resort is in Punta Cana. We booked our second trip through VIP vacations. We used Jennifer as our travel agent who planned our destination wedding in Mexico in June of 2009. We have had such pleasant service and would recommend her to anyone!
The Majestic was AMAZING! The food was very good. The service was to die for! VIP was written all over the resort. We were very pleased with Jennifer and VIP. The only problem we kept having was that there were never enough beach towels. So I recommend you bring your own towel for the week. Other than that we had the most amazing time. VERY ROMANTIC!!

Just wanted to let you know we had an amazing time!! All of my guests stated it was the most beautiful wedding EVER!! They all want to go back next year, in fact his grandparents want to renew their vows and start going every year as a family tradition.
My guests had soooo much fun! The weather was great, just the normal daily mid-afternoon shower which came through as I was getting my hair and make-up done around 3, but cleared-up about 20 minutes before go time. It was so beautiful, I am glad went with the package arrangement that I did—the free one with additional add-ons. The upgraded packages I saw that other brides had did not impress me one bit. I’m glad I saved my money as I would have been disappointed, because you really don’t get a whole lot more for what it costs. I did upgrade my photo package however which I am very glad for.

The resort was good, the staff was great, and the wedding was amazing. The one thing I'd tell the brides is not to worry about anything until you get there. I really didn't do much planning prior to going (I hadn't even picked my colors yet), the only thing I did was send a picture of what I'd like my flowers to look like. Even with the lack of planning, everything was incredible. I had my entire wedding planned with Natalia in about 30 minutes and everything was perfect. Another thing that I was impressed with was the food at the wedding. I'm usually skeptical about food at all inclusives especially being from NYC and being spoiled with delicious food around all of the time.

I finally am sending you a review of Secrets & our wedding! Sorry I took so long.
St. James vs. Wild Orchid:
We loved the resort. St. James and Wild Orchid are connected, and you have access to everything on both resorts. The St. James side has the spa, gym, one restaurant, a pool bar, and two other bars. It was much more quiet and relaxed than the Wild Orchid side while we were there.
The Wild Orchid side has most of the restaurants, bars, and shops. The views from the Wild Orchid Preferred Club are much better than the St. James side. They have views of the mountains and sunset. The Wild Orchid Preferred Club is the only location for the swim up suites. The Wild Orchid side always seemed very lively. They did most of the daily activities on the beach and in the Wild Orchid beach/pool.
We definitely recommend the resort, weddings at the resort, and VIP Vacations! Overall our families, and our friends enjoyed working with VIP and had no problems. I have already recommended VIP to some friends who are planning honeymoons and possible destination weddings in the future.

I've been meaning to write you about our recent trip to Secrets Capri, April 22-25, to tell you what a great time we had! I've also attached a few photos we took at the resort.
Capri was our first AI experience and it was just what we were looking for to celebrate my birthday. We don't really consider ourselves AI people (we usually rent private accommodations and like to get out to explore and eat in local places) but for this trip we only had 3 nights and wanted an easy, inexpensive and romantic getaway. Secrets was perfect for us and we would definitely return for a along weekend in the future.
We loved the small size of Capri and found the resort and staff to be wonderful. We were thrilled that, even though we booked the least expensive room, we stepped out onto our balcony to find an ocean view and could hear the sound of the surf! My husband had contacted the resort ahead of time to arrange a birthday surprise for me. We walked in to find our room decorated with streamers and balloons and a dozen roses! A little while later they brought up a cake and cheese plate for us to enjoy.
We found the service at the resort to be attentive and the food to be quite good. I had a massage on our last day and thought the spa was fantastic!
Thanks so much for helping us with the planning of this wonderful trip! We love how you are always quick to respond and answer questions. The entire trip was wonderful! We will definitely be in touch with you again!

Given that we already had a ton to worry about when planning our wedding, it was nice to have a partner when it came to planning our honeymoon. You found us a great deal on the flights we wanted, and helped us figure out the most efficient way to travel and make connections.
Both of the islands were amazingly beautiful, and the resorts were exactly as you had described. In both cases, you had recommended the Grande over other Sandals on the island given the requirements we had, and you were exactly right! They were both very luxurious.
We enjoyed a ton of food variety over the 2 weeks as both of the Sandals had a great selection. Everything from sushi at the Japanese restaurant to fresh Italian-style pizzas by the pool, and a ton of jerk chicken! The food and drinks were very memorable.
During our trip, we met a ton of other honeymooners and had a great time hanging out with new-found friends at the pools, the beaches, and the restaurants. It was fun to be surrounded by such a relaxed atmosphere and so many other people who were also enjoying a great trip.
We went on a couple of excursions - one on each island. In Antigua, we took the Wadadli Cats circumnavigation around the island which included a day-long catamaran ride, snorkeling, and a very authentic lunch. On St. Lucia, we took another boat tour which whizzed us around for snorkeling by the Piton mountains, and then a bus ride up to the sulphur volcano at Souferie. Highly recommended!
Again, it was great working with you, and we look forward to your help again in the future.

Sorry it took me a few days to e-mail. Our wedding and reception was absolutuely amazing we had the best time!!! The weather was perfect and the location breathtaking. Charlie and I have nothing but rave reviews for the the Wedding staff at Beaches Negril, they are phenominal. Our wedding coordinator Simone as well as he associates Nickesia and Shanakay and all of the wedding staff were great! They helped us handle everything right down to the last detail and treated us like family while they did it. We could not be more pleased. Our Videograher Colin was great he captured every special momnent and then some! Our photograher Ashevez (A-Z) was unbelievable, our photographs are just spectacular, my family and friends are still raving about him. I have never been a fan of having my picture taken but I can tell you he made it more fun than I ever would have imagined and we now have memories captured on film that will last a lifetime.
That having been said, there were several mishaps at the resort along the way, such as wrong room assignments, fire alarms in the the middle of the night triggered by fogging for mosquitos and lack of phone service in several of my guests room, sending my brother ,sisiter in law and 2 small children running from the room. On the day of the wedding several of my guests were without water and unable to call the front desk to inquire (due to no phone service) and the outcome was several of my family showering and getting ready in one family memebers room, at a moments notice. As a result my godmother was unable to be ready in time to help me get ready for the wedding. Of all of the above, this I would have to say is our chief complaint of the resort, since my godmother could not get to my room in time I have no photos of her helping my mom and I get ready. This upsets me greatly. We did speak with the customer service office the following day, however although they seemed concerned regarding what had gone on they offered no answers or solutions as to why. Over all, I feel Beaches Negril is a beautiful location and their staff is amzing however I feel management leaves alot to be desired. Charlie and I have discussed going back and when we do it will be for the people and the happy memories the resort provided us with.
Charlie and I along with our family would like to thank you, and all of the VIP staff for all of your hard work to help our Dream Wedding come true, you all do an amazing job and we could not have asked for more. We recommend VIP whole heartedly and can't wait to turn to you to book our next trip.

We had the most AMAZING time in Mexico and in Costa Rica! I can't thank you enough for everything you did to help us put it together.
The AZUL was perfect - the setting was absolutely beautiful and it could not have been a nicer day. Our family and friends had a blast- it will be an unforgettable time for all of us. The wedding coordinator helped everything go smoothly and kept me calm. I had not a thing to worry about. She was so fun- I'm glad she was able to be there. My family was very grateful too!
Costa Rica was breathtaking- both places were beautiful. We went ziplining in Arenal- little frightening, but so glad that I did it! We spent a lot of times in the hot springs at the Tabacon. Then, it was chill out beach mode at the Paradisus. The food there was delicious and the beach was beautiful! We spend most of our time lounging on the beach- most of the honeymooners were at the pool bar the whole time, but you can do that anywhere- the beach was beautiful- I couldn't stay away.
I can hardly believe that it's all over- months of planning and anticipation. It's funny what a let down it is after it's all over- but on the same note, we are happy to be back to see everyone and start our life together.
Again, I'm so grateful for all of your help, guidance and enthusiasm through this special time in our lives. We wouldn't change a single thing - I loved every minute of it. I really wish I could do it all over again- maybe we will renew our vows someday haha.

Our trip to the Azul Sensatori Hotel for Kate and Brian's wedding on Nov 6th was just wonderful. The accommodations, the food, and the service were all great. We really enjoyed the all inclusive option. It was the first time (but certainly not the last time!!!) we will travel to an all inclusive resort.
We enjoyed the upgraded room with an ocean view (thank you!). Jim enjoyed his birthday massage-his very first( again thank you!) All our guests seemed to have a wonderful time and only had good things to say about their experience at the Azul. The wedding went off without a hitch and was all that Kate and Brian had hoped it would be.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I'm still trying to get back on a schedule. I just want to thank you for all of your help and give you a heads up that everyone is already requesting another trip! We're thinking about Secrets or Sandals for 2011 so keep me posted if they have any promotions going on.
I want to start off by saying that I had a blast. From what I understand, all of my guests had a great time also. I wouldn’t have changed resorts knowing how well everything would come together. We've actually been asked to plan a trip for next year since everyone had such a great time. I will say that the week did have its hiccups, but looking back on it all I went in with the mindset that something would go wrong and I wound not freak out about it. So, when things did go wrong I just took in all in stride.
Overall, I would give the experience an A-. I would definitely do it there again and I can say it was an experience that we will treasure forever. Just keep in mind that the language barrier may cause some things to go awry, but its things that aren’t the end of the world. I can say that I was so caught up in my husband and having fun with friends that a lot of the things that I didn’t want I didn’t even notice until I saw pictures afterwards. Overall, I was a happy bride!!

We had an amazing time in Mexico and the wedding was fabulous! The staff at the resort were always fun, friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! Meredith was a beautiful bride and Theo recited the most touching vows I've ever heard. The group was a hoot and it was if everyone was family!
We hope every year they go back for their anniversary and we will all go with them. :o)
Our only little mishap was that we were not on the shuttle list when we arrived at the Cancun airport. We had to wait awhile before we received a new vocher to get on the shuttle. Once we arrived at the resort they had us listed as a "no show" from the prior day. Somehow they had us scheduled to arrive on Nov. 10 and not Nov. 11. Anywho, all was settled rather fast and we were headed to our rooms with drinks in hand.
My family has been thinking about a family trip sometime next year. After seeing our pictures of the resort they would like to book our vacation with VIP. It would be a group of maybe 20 people. All inclusive Carribean getaway for about 5 days. I will be sure to contact you once we settle on what time of year is good for everyone.

Thank you so much for helping make our honeymoon so special. Sandals Whitehouse was very nice. It was much different from Negril and Ocho Rios. It seemed to have a much more European influence than the others. That took me by surprise but was nice. It was kinda funny. When we arrived we were somewhat let down to learn that while they had upgraded us to a butler suite, they had not included the butler. However, on our second night there we had the Sandals Select dinner in the ballroom and by the luck of the draw we ended up sitting next to Tamon (The supervisor over the butlers). He was a really cool guy. We really enjoyed conversing with him over dinner. He asked us what room we were staying in and when he learned that we didn't have a butler he gave me a wink. Susan got up to go to the restroom and he quickly went to action. He left the table for a brief minute and quickly returned. When he got back, he told me that we would have a pleasant surprise when we returned to our room. When we got back after dinner, Kamar (The Butler) was waiting at our door. He gave us a phone and took excellent care of us. I can't brag on these guys enough. I know they must really have to deal with the most stuck up, spoiled people in the world yet they remain extremely pleasant. We didn't use Kamar all that much but he really went out of his way to let us know that he was there to make our trip special.
We went on the zip line canopy tour. On our way back, Kamar called to ask where we were. We told him we were on our way back and in a panicked voice he said "Can you give me 10 minutes before you come back to your room?" Susan told him that when we returned to our room, Kamar had ran us a bubble bath complete with flower petals, champagne,and chocolate covered pineapple (Delicious!!!).
Due to the storm we didn't get much scuba diving in. We dove the day after we arrived. The next day we were signed up for both dives but when we got up we saw the dive boat leaving. They moved it to a safe harbor in Negril expecting the waves to get bad. However, it turned out that our side of the island was barely affected by the storm. However, Negril side saw 8'-9' swells. Therefore, even though there were several days that we could have dove, they couldn't get the dive boats back from Negril until the day before we left. Charles at the dive shop knew how bad we were itching to dive. So the day before we left, we dove the 9am and 11 am dives and Charles agreed to schedule a semi private 3pm dive for us since it would be our last chance to dive this trip.
All and all we had a blast. We are both still dying to go to St. Lucia but it looked like they got hit pretty hard by Tomas. You are getting ready to go to Whitehouse right? Well, tell everybody Hi for us. Remember to tell Tamon and Kamar thanks again for us. Also, I'm not a seafood eater but Susan is and she went crazy over the muscles at Neptune's. So if you like seafood I guess you have to try them....so I'm told anyways. Hope you have a blast.

We got back late Tuesday from Dreams Riviera Cancun where we spent five days for Ashley and Mark Rosenwinkel’s wedding.
Everything was fantastic! The resort was beautiful, the rooms top notch, and the beach lovely. The service there was far beyond anything we expected. The restaurants on property were all superb. The planned activities were also great. We took the bike ride into the local town, made guacamole, and played water sports. My family all agreed we should make this an every other year tradition, since we all had such a great time.

I would like to thank you both for hard work and assistance in creating a wonderful trip for us. We had a great time and couldn’t have been treated better or asked for anything more than what we experienced at Secrets Maroma Beach. Here are a few details we thought would find interesting:
1. Weather – We had a couple of rainy days and a few additional days in which the weather was a bit unsettled. It did not detract from our trip and we still had plenty of sunshine to enjoy. In talking to some of the staff, they said the rainy season had gotten a little longer the last few years and had been impacting the November weather. Temps were in the low 80’s every day and nighttime temps were in the high 60’s. However, with the humidity, the nighttime temp was comfortable. We packed a few items of warmer clothing but never needed them.
2. Staff – The service and hospitality level of the staff at this resort was the finest we have ever experienced. They were friendly, most spoke very good English, and they sincerely wanted to make your visit memorable. This would be the biggest reason we would return to this resort.
3. Food – Best food of any of the resorts we have visited. We did not have a bad meal the entire trip. Only criticism was that the buffet was only open for breakfast and lunch, so dinner was always at one of the restaurants. Reservations were only needed for the Japanese Hibachi, but depending upon what time you ate, you might have a short wait to get in to the others (20-30min).
4. Beach was everything that you said it would be. We met couples from other resorts (Secrets Capri & El Dorado Royale) on the return trip to the airport, both stated they loved their resorts, but wish the beach had been nicer. We had no such complaint :)
5. Resort – Rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Room service was available 24hrs a day. We had an issue with the hot water the 2nd day, however upon reporting this, maintenance was at our room within 10 minutes and resolved the problem. Our room was a 4th floor ocean view with a straight unobstructed view of the ocean. We felt this room had the best view of any of the non-preferred club rooms and our building had the best location relative to the restaurants, theatre, and lobby. We were given an upgrade at check-in to provide us access to the Preferred Club which was great. Again, I am assuming that you had something to do with all of this, so our sincere thanks! :).
a. We met several people who had the swim-out rooms and the reviews were mixed. For those who had them where the sun shined on the water, they loved them. For those rooms that did not get much sun, they water was cold and they didn’t enjoy them.
6. Pools were wonderful. One is heated, the other is not. The heated pool was great for the morning and to enjoy the swim up bar. The non-heated infinity pool was beautiful and large. Many people used this to swim laps for exercise, the water was cooler, but not cold as people had reported on Trip Advisor. We found this to be a nice change for the hot afternoons. The ocean temp was wonderful and perfect for swimming.
Again, thank you for everything and we look forward to a return trip in the future. Attached are a couple of pictures of the four of us. One picture include a very nice couple we met while there.

The trip was amazing. We had a great time and enjoyed the island very much.
Our resort (Grande) was by far the best resort out of the three for us. We traveled to each resort throughout the week to try all the restaurants and found that for us, the Grande offered us the best experience. The room was great and being the first time on the island and resort I was happy we had the Concierge package.
When we ventured off the resort and headed into town, we found that the locals were very nice and embracing. If you have any clients that will be at the Grande when they have the town street party (not sure if it is every Friday) I would recommend it. Also, the helicopter was one of the best highlights of the trip. We even reserved it for the ride back. It was well worth the money not having the 1 1/2 hour bus ride.

We got our "Welcome Home" postcard in the mail. We LOVED Secrets so much. We felt like we were a king and queen the way we were treated. The service was great, the people were extremely nice and the place was beautiful. I think we would have liked the beach better at Maroma but we spent most of the time at the pool anyway and we LOVED our pool. They provide rafts for guests to lounge on in the pool which was nice because I've never seen that before.
The honeymoon package was excellent and well worth it. The private dinner on the beach was delicious and so romantic. Our couples massages were so relaxing and intimate. We wish our room was a little closer to the beach but I know it's all based on availability and price so we at least had an ocean view. I attached just a few pictures.

Beaches exceeded our expectations. They took care of everything and helped me if I was forgetting something with the wedding (totally missed our initial wedding consultation when we arrived) and they were quick to make rearrangements. They made the process very smooth. I could be involved with as much or as little as I wanted and liked that freedom because I was after the “no worries” wedding, and Beaches Negril was the place to go for no worries. They took very good care of us and our whole wedding party while at the resorts. My group left with many good friends from the Beaches staff. There was so much to do at the resort that I never felt pressured to be the host or entertain and the resort was very accommodating towards my group of 24 people. If I had to give one negative about the resort it would be that the evening entertainment was just ok. I would have preferred bigger and better but the steel drum band was AMAZING!
My first question for Jennifer when I talked with her on the phone was “why do I need a travel agent for my wedding”. So at first I was skeptical, but now know that she made it all very easy and the best part is SHE REALLY IS FREE and I got a bunch of free stuff from just having her connected to me. Anytime, my family or friends had a question or concern about the resort or travel, I would always send them to Jennifer which created an easy out for me (and I liked that!). She took a lot of pressure off me and being a bride already adds enough pressure. I could have done it without Jennifer but she helped keep me organized, stress free, and added a bunch of free perks (save the dates, concierge service, spa treatments -massage and nails, etc). So no wonder when I asked her my initial question she loaded into me the why’s, which made me think, “so what’s the catch”, and this time there never was a catch, just true help and added bonuses. You’d be crazy to not have Jennifer on your side, going into your destination wedding. Thanks again Jennifer for everything you did for me and my family.

We had such an amazing time. Excellence is one of the nicest resorts we have stayed at and the people - staff and guests were amazing. We really had a wonderful time.

Our grand total was about 12k, but that included flights, 2 weeks for us, my dress (1k), photographer (1150), DJ (750), Marriage Cert, invites, etc. I think our resort bill was just over 3k (photo, video, dj, wedding and some salon stuff). I know that was one of my concerns when I first started planning, so feel free to pass that info along, because I thought it was the best way I could spend my money and I wouldn't change a thing! Review: Everything was great.The food was fabulous, especially Marios and the hibachi place. We did Barefoot for breakfast one morning which was delish, and mostly did Bayside buffet. I loved the grab n go, great idea. The pool was so awesome and relaxing. ALL of the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the girls at Snapshots were fun!
We decided to just relax and not do any excursions, but when we plan our next trip, we definitley will do some.

We're back in NYC after an amazing honeymoon!! I received your postcard and wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much fun we had. I have to say that Crete was our favorite! The decision to rent a car was scary, but worthwhile in the end(they didn't have a GPS for us). Those Cretans drive like maniacs, but we got used to it.
The hotel in Chania (Hania) was divine!!!!! We had the best room in the place and I never wanted to leave. :) The hotel staff was like a family. They were so nice and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were perfect!
We didn't think it could get any better, but Elounda Mare was just amazing. They greeted us with champagne and congratulations. Then they upgraded our room and brought us more champagne and fruit. They really know how to pamper their guests!
The hotels in Athens and Santorini were ok. We have mixed reviews for both of them. But we still had an amazing time! Staying in Oia in Santorini was also a great decision. It was beautiful! Less crowded and less tourist driven.

Mexico, as usual, was perfect. The staff at the resort were so nice and the pool and beach were lovely. and the spa was GREAT! We went scuba diving, went to Tulum, went zip lining, etc, and it was all a lot of fun! We explored downtown Playa del Carmen and really enjoyed ourselves.

I got your postcard in the mail today. Thanks for thinking of us! I wanted to say thank you because we had the best time on our trip! The weather was great, it did not rain the entire time. The ocean was rough a couple of days and our beach was closed at the Regency, so we spent a day at the Grande and another day was our Land and Sea tour so it worked out just fine. We played a couple rounds of golf, went deep sea fishing, did the Land and Sea tour, and went on the Zipline Tour (which we loved!). The food was beyond our expectations, and the drinks were great as well. We are more than happy that we did the Sandals all-inclusive for our vacation choice.
On our way out of St. Lucia, American Airlines had trouble with the flight coming from Miami to pick us up. They had some mechanical problems and had to switch planes, which put our flight about an hour and a half behind schedule. This caused us to miss our connecting flight home that evening to Dallas. But since the problem arose because of mechanical problems, American paid for us to stay at the Double Tree Hotel in Miami, have a Sunday morning departure to Dallas, and $30 in meal vouchers. Despite the mishap, we were taken care of and we didn’t even have to call on the travel insurance.
Thank you so much for answering my many questions concerning the island, resort, excursions, weather, and travel insurance. We appreciate the time you took to help us make this vacation all that it was. We are looking forward to picking out our next travel destination, and I’m sure you’ll have some great ideas for us. We can’t wait to work with you again. I attached some pictures from our trip.

We found the service from VIP to be extremely good. You kept in regular contact with us and responded quickly to all our questions and requests. All information was detailed and accurate and your suggestions on various elements of our weddingmoon were spot on.
Having a destination wedding turned out to be a dream come true. Sandals Whitehouse provided a real paradise setting. The beaches were beautiful, the bay was gorgeous and the surrounding hills were stunning.
The Gazebo on the Dutch beach was a magical little setting for the ceremony, and looks amazing in the photos. In terms of the practicalities, everything was very well organised and ran exceptionally smoothly. I was worried the ceremony may feel a bit rushed and manufactured if there were lots of weddings, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel special.
The only real negative was the very high cost of photo packages. It also becomes very tiresome having the on site photographers constantly asking to take your photo wherever you are in the resort and whatever you're doing. People should also be prepared for the rough 90 minute drive from the airport to the resort.
Overall the staff were very efficient and helpful, and the concierge service was well worth it. We felt pampered and able to indulge, and we made good use of the fantastic pools and the excellent martini bar.

I'm so sorry its taken me a ridiciously long time to write to you about how everything went with our wedding and to send a review your way. I can think of one word to sum it up...AMAZING!!! But a couple hundred more to ramble on.
It's been almost 3 months and I still have people telling me it was the best wedding they've been to (and I have to agree!). I couldn't have done this without Jennifer and VIP.
I got engaged in July 2009 and all I knew was that I wanted a destination wedding before the hurricane season started the next year. I was completely clueless and hadn't done a THING until we went to a destination wedding expo on halloween that year and stopped at VIP's booth and talked to Jennifer. That was it, I had found my "wedding whisperer" as I called her! She was exactly what I needed to figure out what I wanted and how to plan it. She helped us decide on Sandals Negril since we had friends and family coming from Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, it was easy, affordable, and fun for everyone not to mention gorgeous.
We knew we were going to have a fairly large group going with us (ended up 40) which required a little more effort. We ran into an issue with Sandals dropping some of the rooms that we had held for people to book, but Jennifer came through for us and not only got rooms back but in a better room category for the same price. I felt like I was constantly emailing and calling her and she was always quick to respond and very informative. I liked being able to talk to someone who #1 had actually been to the resort I was considering (not to mention everywhere else in the world!) and #2 was a destination bride herself, she had so many creative ideas to share because of this.
Now off to Negril, Jamaica! We had a non-stop flight which was wonderful and arrived at the resort to a beautiful day and the most friendly, laid-back yet hard-working staff you could imagine. I loved them! We met our wedding coordinator the next day (and I waterskied right after ha so crazy!) and were blown away by the organization since all plans were made "sight unseen" and how entertaining Giselle was! She made me feel so relaxed about everything and I knew the wedding would go well as long as the daily 4:00 rain storm would hold off and miraculously it did although not without some rumbles of thunder in the background! The ceremony on the beach was better than I could have dreamed and we got the arch we didn't think we could get! Our cocktail hour was accompanied by the coolest steel drum band that got everyone in the Jamaican mood. Our photographer Romaine was THE BEST, we absolutely loved his energy and phenomenal pictures. Then the 2 hour reception on the beach that began at sunset (a perfect time suggested by Jennifer) was both delicious and the time of our lives! The time and location were perfect for everyone to finish the night off at the Piano bar next door. Jennifer suggested a trash the dress photo session the next day and after seeing her own pictures I couldn't refuse. Best thing I could have done! When in your life can you jump in the Caribbean with your wedding dress on and roll around in the sand?!?! We went snorkeling with a group of our friends and family after and it was such a fun experience. A few days later we said our goodbyes to everyone and had an adventure packed honeymoon in Sandals Dunns' River.
I'll finally wrap this up by saying THANK YOU Jennifer and VIP Vacations for helping Anthony and I plan the wedding that reflected who we are. It got some people on a trip who would never do something like this. It couldn't have gone better, and we couldn't have done any of this without you! I hope to keep in touch with you!

We got back from our honeymoon on Monday. WOW! We were blown away by everything!
The resort was amazing, room was amazing, butler service was incredible! Our butlers had dinner reservations set up for every night prior to arrival. We told them what excursions we wanted to do and in an hour it was all set up with a typed up itenerary. We went on a speed boat ride to the exuma islands, swimming with dolphins, and to atlantis, all of which were incredible! Our only complaint was without telling us prior they had closed the crystal room for the night without letting us know prior. There was a note on our table saying our reservations would not be held, but they did not give an explanation... it was the only restaurant we did not eat at on our honeymoon :-(. After that, our butler told us to call her to set up other dinner reservations for that night and we could not get ahold of her. We ended up having to find the head butler and she set up dinner reservations at Baccarat...which we had eaten at twice prior to that evening. Other than that, the honeymoon was a dream come true. The weather was incredible. Not as hot as I thought it was going to be, but still pretty hot...we just found ourselves in the ocean or pool more often. We only had a couple of days when it rained for a very short time and then great weather again. I'm glad we were there last week and not this week!

Everything with VIP was great. It made it a lot easier for me. The only issues I ran into were with the resort and not VIP (which could've been solved if I remembered your number).
It was a lot easier working with VIP. At first I was working with the Sandals and it was hard to get them to call our guests back and with VIP it was fast. I would email or call and immediately get a response. I never had to wait and I really really liked that.
I would recommend VIP to anyone and plan on continuing to use VIP for all of our vacations.

Advice: If you are nervous about having a destination wedding at Dreams Tulum, dont worry about a thing! The wedding coordinator at the Dreams Resort was awesome and had everything planned out and running smoothly. My wedding was better than I ever imagined and everything from the flowers, to the food, to the service, I would grade it all an A+++. The one item I would critique would be the bridesmaids bouquets, they were kind of small for the price, but were still very pretty. Other than that, I have no complaints : ) VIP's service was GREAT!

Couples Swept Away was amazing. Jamey and I had such a good time. The weather was awesome and the beaches were breathtaking. Margaritaville is a must, we had so much fun there. On our last night we went to a shipwreck dinner party on the beach.... it was awesome.
We got couples massages and the spa is to die for. The staff was amazing and so accomodating. The room was great, we actually got upgraded to a room with a television and mini-fridge, really nice. We loved the free internet cafe, never seen that before, you usually have to pay for that. We loved every second of it.
Thank you so much for our bottle of champagne, it was so refreshing. We hope to take another vacation just like that before we have children. I will send some pics. It was so nice working with you!!! We will contact you with our next vacation plans when we are ready.

Sorry it's taken me so long to email you. As you know, we just returned from our honeymoon last Sunday and this past Saturday was our at home reception.
Everything was perfect!! The wedding was wonderful. Our families and friends had a great time, the weather was cooperative, and we even received an upgrade to a suite at the Sheraton (after some lobbying, of course). It's been hectic, but now we can finally relax.
And the honeymoon was unbelievable. We saw and did so much and barely scratched the surface of what Egypt and Kenya have to offer. There are over 3000 pics from our honeymoon to go through so needless to say, they are not posted yet.
I will send a more detailed review of the hotel and honeymoon shortly. Thanks for your help with the wedding and honeymoon.

We had a blast at Sandals Whitehouse, it was just perfect. It was the perfect crowd, the Jamaican's are just amazing, they really made the trip even more enjoyable.
We loved our butlers and suite, just beautiful! Food and drinks were great. Jamaican Smiles were the best drink at the pool bar. We snorkeled and sailed twice, we had to go back for more. Otherwise we relaxed by/in the pool (we hadn't relaxed in months!) and had some drinks with some great people we met. Dinner was delicious. My meal of choice was the Surf N Turf at Eleanore's, we ate dinner there 3 times! Room service was great when we didn't feel like going out, had breakfast in bed one morning, it ALL was just WONDERFUL!

Getting married at an all-inclusive resort was the best decision that we made. Upon our arrival, we set up snorkeling for the entire wedding group. We really wanted everyone to go. Once we found out that snorkeling was down on a glass bottom boat, we were thrilled. We pitched the idea that even if people didn't want to snorkel, they could still see everything just by being on the boat. Since our family was so large (30 people), we had the entire boat to ourselves. Big plus! Also, the boat had a canopy, so the sun wasn't glaring down on us. Our family thought (besides the wedding, of course) that this was the BEST event. I wish I could describe how incredible it was. I got back on the boat and was just like "WOW."
Honestly, when I arrived at the hotel, I was really disappointed. I just didn't like the looks of the buildings - bright green, blue, yellow, red, etc. I thought I had made a mistake. However, the following morning, we met with our on-site wedding planner and she showed us the different wedding locations. My jaw dropped. I immediately picked the gazebo to get married at and chose the beach hut for our wedding reception. My disappointment quickly left me. [For the record, I was 100% that I did not want to get married at the gazebo before we got to Jamaica. My advice to brides is to wait until arrival to make any decisions about where she wants to get married.]
The on-site wedding planners were FABULOUS! Our only comment is that some of the stuff we sent to Jennifer didn't make to the hotel (seating charts, numbers, etc). It just seemed like it had gone through too many people - Jennifer, then Florida, then the resort. We totally understood how things got lost in the mix. Looking back through my emails, I saw where I had requested wrist corsages vaguely. However, the corsages were pin on. I should have been more specific. In all honestly, I didn't care, but the moms had a hard time because their dresses weren't strong enough. I had told them wrist corsages.
VIPs assistance was crucial. I found Jennifer and the company by the luck of the internet. I am very picky and organized, and VIP was the right fit for me. In the beginning, I was very on top of things. Jennifer and I worked well together sending multiple emails daily. Towards the end, I got burnt out of wedding planning. Luckily, when our family members had questions, Jennifer was able to answer them quickly. Her knowledge of the particular resort I was getting married was a GREAT help. I could definitely tell that her and her team had been physically been to the resorts and knew what they were talking about. Also, if Jennifer didn't know an answer to my question, she would quickly find it out for me. My husband and I can't say enough great things about VIPs assistance. Without a doubt, we would recommend VIP to any engaged couple.
Also, having a big group proved to be challanging. I would caution couples against trying to have dinners together besides the rehearsal and wedding reception. Even though we had reservations in restaurants, we still had to wait anywhere from twenty to fifity minutes for our table. Luckily, we and our family are very relaxed and didn't mind waiting. I would recommend either eating separate or in small tables (6 or less).
We had no problems using the shuttle service between hotels. We even walked from hotel to hotel. However, be careful of local Jamaicans when you are off of property. Adam got slipped many different types of drugs. The best part about the locals is when you put your foot down and say no, they move on very respectfully.
The only thing that Adam and I would caution other couples about would be transferring from one hotel to another. We got married at Beaches Negril and then transferred to Sandals Negril. The front desk and bell hop were not on the same page. We were told we were leaving at 2pm, but after an hour of waiting, the bell hop finally realized who we were once we asked when the taxi was going to arrive. He was told that our transfer was at 4pm. It took five minutes for them to call a cab, but waiting by the front desk for an hour wasn't too fun! Upon arrival at Sandals Negril, it was evident that our room wasn't ready. We only had to wait about 15 minutes before our butler arrived to escort us to the room. BIG PLUS - Since our room wasn't ready, we were upgraded to the Honeymoon Penthouse Beachfront One Bedroom Crystal Lagoon Suites. This was a huge upgrade. We were very pleased with the room. As the butler was showing us around the room, he asked Adam when he wanted to do the candle light dinner. I guess the message wasn't relayed that it was a surprise! Adam was pretty disappointed, but I was thrilled to know that he had planned that for us. There was a lot of confusion about that dinner - they had it scheduled for June 7, instead of my birthday, but after a few minutes on the phone with sales, we got everything sorted out. Also, our wedding dinner and breakfast was a big hassle. Beaches Negril promised to send over our pre-picked menus, so we wouldn't have to do it again at Sandals Negril. Unfortuntely, the hotels seemed to miscommunicate. It took about thirty minutes to do it over again.
For this email, I had to dig for criticism. Adam and I keep talking about the wedding and how we wouldn't change a SINGLE thing about it. If we could do it all again, we would do it the exact same way.
Jennifer, everything was perfect. Thank you, VIP team, and the rest of your team for everything. Sorry this email took so long. I really had to take some time to sit down and write everything out. I will email you the pictures tonight.

I've been meaning to write you about our recent trip to Secrets Capri, April 22-25, to tell you what a great time we had! I've also attached a few photos we took at the resort.
Capri was our first AI experience and it was just what we were looking for to celebrate my birthday. We don't really consider ourselves AI people (we usually rent private accommodations and like to get out to explore and eat in local places) but for this trip we only had 3 nights and wanted an easy, inexpensive and romantic getaway. Secrets was perfect for us and we would definitely return for a long weekend in the future.
We loved the small size of Capri and found the resort and staff to be wonderful. We were thrilled that, even though we booked the least expensive room, we stepped out onto our balcony to find an ocean view and could hear the sound of the surf! My husband had contacted the resort ahead of time to arrange a birthday surprise for me. We walked in to find our room decorated with streamers and balloons and a dozen roses! A little while later they brought up a cake and cheese plate for us to enjoy.
We found the service at the resort to be attentive and the food to be quite good. I had a massage on our last day and thought the spa was fantastic!

We just got back from an awesome vacation!! Thank you so much for the hook-up! They upgraded us to an amazing room with an incredible view of the ocean and property and the little details made this trip extra special. The only bad thing was having to come back here and go back to work tomorrow, oh, and my thinking that i can just go to the bahamas with my winter white jersey skin and wear less than 30 spf.
Thanks again for everything and already looking forward to booking our next vacation through you!
Btw, it was ironic when we went to the snapshots shop right before check-out to see mulitple copies of your wedding photos and albums decorating the place and used as their marketing info, I felt like it was a celebrity siting =)

We all loved Memphis. I agree I liked Mama Mia, but thought Memphis was even better. The music was very upbeat and the story held the kids attention. It was also very appropriate for kids to see - not too much bad language or any sexual situations. I would recommend it to anyone.
I will definitely keep you in mind for future class trips as well as personal vacations that my husband and I might plan in the future. Thanks for all your help!!

Thank you to all that you did to make our trip to Florida so memorable. Things went smoothly and were very organized. The only part I did not care for was the Planet Hollywood dinner but that was the atmosphere of the restaurant, not the logistics of getting the kids there, etc.
Jennifer, thank you also for making the dinner reservations at Mexico. We had a great time and the early time was not a problem and we adjusted other things accordingly. Thank you again to everyone for all you did for our group. I will recommend your business to anyone who is looking for a travel company to arrange a trip for them!
Just one question - how did you arrange the timing of the shuttle liftoff to coordinate near our departure time from Orlando??!!

We returned from our trip to Sandals Grande St. Lucian last week, and I had to send you a note to thank you for everything you did for us! We booked the basic room, but we were very excited to see that we had a nice room on the 3rd floor of building 6, with a full ocean view. I know we were upgraded, and I have to give you credit for this.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Beaches, Negril. The Beach was awesome. We did visit the wedding planner at Sandals Negril, We loved the property.
We had a great room No. 705 First Floor Ocean View, Just what we were hoping for. They told me we received a 3 level upgrade from what we booked.
Victoria and I would like to schedule an appointment with you to talk about the wedding/moon. Victoria works 8-5, m-f, so it would have to be in the evening or the weekend.

I know you worked with my husband, Jason Lee, in planning our honeymoon to Antigua back in April. Now that we’re back I wanted to email you and let you know what an amazing time we had. I am so glad we decided to go to Antigua. I didn’t want to go to an island that was very well known and one where we could easily go back in the future. Antigua was absolutely perfect. From the moment we landed, everyone was so nice and cheerful. I believe it was Sonya who helped get us checked in and took us to our room. I have never been to an all inclusive resort before and Sonya made us feel right at ease.
Our room was more than I ever could have imagined. The view was amazing and I loved our little balcony looking out over the ocean. I did hear other guests mention they were having problems with their air conditioning units, but everything was perfect for us.
There are two people I wanted to bring to light especially. The first is Malissa. We met Malissa when we went for drinks at the Bayside bar one night. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Jason and I had a wonderful time talking to her about Antigua and the carnivals they have. We saw her the next few days as a waitress by the swim up bar and she was always so sweet and remembered us. She really made our time at the pool wonderful.
The other person was Stacia. Stacia was our waitress one afternoon at Cricketeers Pub. The next morning at breakfast, she recognized us and said hello. She asked if we had much longer at the resort and when we told her the next day was our last day, said she would keep an eye out for us at breakfast that morning. When we arrived for breakfast, we made our way to a table when she told us she had set up a special table just for us. We walked to “our table” and she had decorated the top with gorgeous flowers that spelled out the word ‘LOVE’. And if that wasn’t enough, they surprised us with a piece of cheesecake afterwards that had the message, ‘Jason and Jacqui, We will miss you.’ It was so incredibly sweet. I already didn’t want to leave that day, and everything Stacia did made me really not want to leave.
I know in talking with Jason he had a great experience planning the honeymoon with your help. Thank you so much for everything – and of course our bottle of rum. :) I don’t have all of our pictures here at work (we took over 200!) but I’ve attached the photos I do have. Again, thank you so much for all your help with planning. Our honeymoon was absolutely amazing and I’m already thinking a 5 year anniversary trip is in order. :)

Vacation was great, spent a couple days in FL before departing…friend has a condo within ear range of Disney train and site of fireworks every night, so really good time. Cruise ship was enormous, rooms were spacious, opened balcony doors between the 4 rooms in a row so we had a huge balcony area for all of us to congregate. I did win $100 at Bingo, spent well over that to play, but at least I won, casino took all my money, didn’t give any back, shows were awesome, the ice show in particular. Cruise director Abe Hughes was terrific. Ronald and Pedro our waitstaff at dinner were such good sports and played along with some of the class antics (brought crayons and coloring book for one of the guests we kept referring to as little baby! Also served him a plate of mashed potatoes first night, he was funny!) Watched friends do zip line in Labadee and a little intimidated by the shops in the alley, whew, here free, here free, now how much you give me for all the free stuff??? Got my hair pulled and braided in Jamaica, funny story, will tell you sometime, went dune buggy ride in Jamaica, I was crudy afterwards, first time a dune buggy got totaled in their 3 years of operation, not one of us, kid from Massachusetts, swam with the dolphins in Grand Cayman (couldn’t go into regular port due to high winds and waves), sightseeing (tourist traps) in Cozumel, rough seas a few days, but didn’t get sick, two days at sea were too cold and windy to sit out and tan, but still found things to do!

I just wanted to thank you again for arranging our trip to the DR. We had a phenomenal time. The Excellence Punta Cana resort exceeded our expectations. We loved our room. We had a view of the garden and gazebo and could see the ocean. And thank you for setting up our birthday/anniversary package. They brought us a bottle of champagne and fruit. We thought all the restaurants we went to were very good but our favorite was the Mediterranean called the Barcelona. The service was exceptional, not only at the restaurants but at the pool, beach, bars, front desk, baggage handlers, and room service. The nightly shows were very entertaining. The beach was so beautiful and so amazed that it was not crowded at all.
The VIP transportation to and from the resort was flawless. We skipped the excursions and just wanted to hang out at the resort and relax.
We couldn't be happier with our trip and really want to thank you for all your help, even down to the small details like our travel pouch to keep our itinerary, passports, etc. It was nice to have our documents organized when going through airports.
Again, thanks. Everything was EXCELLENTE'!!!!

I just wanted to write you and say thank you for helping make our honeymoon so special. We had a blast at Sandals Ocho Rios Jamaica, the weather was gorgeous all week long :) And what a surprise it was to have arrived with the notification that we were upgraded to a private villa with a pool!!! We felt like a king and queen with all the special treatment - champagne delivered to our door, breakfast in bed, a special honeymooners photo shoot... it was so much fun. We got to take advantage of some of the excursions as well and had a blast climbing dunn's river falls, ziplining, and horseback riding down a mountain and through the ocean! The resort was so beautiful, the food was excellent, the staff was always friendly and courteous... and we couldn't ask for more at the price..
You have been so helpful from day 1, I hope that you can help us with every vacation we plan! Thanks again, you are very good at what you do and I will happily recommend you to anyone and everyone!!

If I had to do everything all over again I would not have changed one thing. I am so thankful and thrilled to have been referred to VIP Vacations, Inc. Jennifer was amazing and extremely helpful with every part of our planning process. She was always there for me when I needed her not only from a professional standpoint but from a personal standpoint as well. We had a lot of unexpected changes during the last few weeks prior to our departure date and Jennifer was there for me then when I needed her the most and words cannot express how grateful I am for her and her company.
Beaches Negril
The food, beach and staff were all fabulous. We had such an amazing time with our friends and family. There is absolutely nothing better then a family vacation, wedding and honeymoon all-in-one! The wedding staff at Beaches Negril did an amazing job pin pointing exactly what I wanted on my wedding day and I did not have to worry about a thing. I got my hair and makeup done at the spa on the resort and Stacy Ann did both my hair and makeup and did an awesome job. Please keep in mind that it took her two hours to do both my hair and makeup and I never did a trial.
We opted for the 1 hour cocktail reception and it ended up being over 2 hours. It was a white glove service and the staff was super friendly. They even danced with our nieces while Brian and I got taken away by our photographer for pictures. Our photographers name was Nicola and she was amazing. Extremely friendly and I liked her from the first time we met her, even before I knew she was a photographer. She was fun to work with and did an amazing job on our wedding pictures. Our wedding day was perfect and I am extremely happy with the way everything turned out. I owe it all to VIP and the amazing staff at Beaches Negril!!!

Just wanted to tell you more about our trip to Secrets Capri at the end of February. I'm writing this, and Kevin will add stuff if he wants to. We had a FABULOUS time. The hotel was exactly like it looked online - beautiful, new-looking, clean, and well-maintained, which was great. The service - waiters, maids, concierges, etc. - was fantastic. We went to a different place for dinner each night so that was fun to try new places.
We went on two excursions - one we booked through American Express - a 1/2 day trip to Tulum, which was great. We didn't want to do Tulum + Xel Ha because we didn't want to take a full-day trip. We booked a snorkeling excursion through the hotel tour concierge, which was great too. We also took the free shuttle from Secrets Capri into Playa del Carmen one night.
The funny part of our trip was that we had a honeymoon banner on our door and were treated as honeymooners, which we aren't. But, we didn't complain and enjoyed our welcome champagne! :) We met another couple that weren't honeymooning but had the honeymoon treatment too.

I just wanted to thank you for our excellent trip Secrets Silversands. We had so much fun with Jay and Laurie. Everyone at the resort knew who we were because we were always having a good time. We made some really good friends there like Arturo the door man he was excellent and treated us very well. We chat on msn now. We also loved the pool staff for all the fun games and woop woops from Jacquie. We won in the pool volley and were treated to the spa. we were at the spa almost everyday.
The food was plenty and very good too. Never mind all the drinks we had. The entertainment was very good too.
Thanks again for booking this trip for us. I wish i was still there because its -22 here in Toronto.

Got back from Mexico on Tuesday and we had an absolute blast :) ALL our guests had a fabulous time.
I am so happy with the way everything turned out. The timetable ended up being perfectly fine. The ceremony was at noon, we were done taking pictures at 1:30, we sat and has some drinks and then I went back to the room and washed my hair and took my makeup off and went swimming with everyone. And then I slipped back into my dress and went to the reception at 6. The reception was great, service was excellent. We had a blast.
If you ever have anyone that is looking for a review of everything there let me know I would be happy to talk to them. Anabel, the wedding coordinator was fabulous.
Beyond happy with the trip! Thanks again, you are 2 for 2 with us :)
