Thank you for an amazing pick for our honeymoon. We loved Sandals Antigua! Thank you for the beautiful frame. Please say thank you to the whole team. We appreciate all the help!
Luz and Vincent Martino – Norwalk, CT
We are back from Azul Fives and have to say we loved it. Our room was in building 1 which at first I didn't make me happy because it was at the very front of the property but when we went to the room and opened the sliding door and our patio (we were on the first floor) opened right onto the pool deck, it was perfect. We wound up really liking the location because of the pool and the proximity to breakfast plus it gave us a chance to do a lot of walking. The property is beautiful, the 2 bed suite was great for a family of 5, the service was cheerful, friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. Andy and I have been to many all-inclusive hotels over the past years and the food here was one of the best. Kids loved ordering room service and the sushi restaurant was a big hit with my youngest.
All in all it was a wonderful trip with spectacular weather. Thank you for recommending it and getting us what we felt was a great deal for the week.

Beaches Turks & Caicos
I have to say, VIP is the BEST travel agency in the world.
We arrived at Beaches Turks & Caicos last week having booked the least expensive room in the Caribbean village. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that we had been upgraded to pretty much the most expensive room in the entire resort: A FULL OCEAN VIEW one bed-room suite in the Italian Village. Of course I give 100% credit to Jennifer Doncsecz who booked our vacation for us. We had a great time! Where can I post more reviews about you??? People need to know that you offer an incredible service that makes a vacation so much more special. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. We are very grateful!

Destination Wedding at Sandals Grand Riviera
I will admit that I can’t make a decision to save my life, so when it came to deciding on where I was going to get married I was completely lost! Looking back I am not sure how I made such an amazing decision but I did and let me tell you it was AMAZING and by far the best thing that I have ever done! One of my girlfriends had been to Sandals Grande Riviera and had absolutely fallen in love with it! After listening to her stories and seeing her pictures I knew that this location would be a perfect place to get married…and it was!
I was sold on the location but unsure how to go about making my dream become reality. I started searching the internet for destination wedding advice when I came across VIP travel and Jennifer Doncsecz. The reviews I read on her and her team were amazing so I emailed her in December to see if she could give me any advice on where to go from here. From that day on Jennifer and her team helped with everything! Rooms, flights, reservations, wedding plans, ceremony details, flower arrangements, music, photography, etc. etc.
The planning was very easy, almost too easy! Pre wedding I emailed Jennifer and her team with any questions in regards to pricing or options and always received a quick response and then three months prior we made arrangements to talk over the phone to go through all the options. I will admit going into this I really wish I could have talked to someone that would have told me how perfect everything was going to be because I was a little nervous about this whole process. I kept thinking “it can’t be this easy” “something’s going to be messed up” “what are the hidden costs” etc, but honestly there was none of those things! It was seamless. It was seriously so perfect I could go on for days about all the details that just made our day so special!
Overall I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jennifer, her team and Sandals Grande Riviera! Way above and beyond any of my expectations!!!

Destination Wedding at the Beloved Hotel
Hello VIP Team!
I wanted to take time out to thank you guys for being such a great team to work with. We appreciated all the encouragement, the love and level of professionalism you all have displayed during this whole planning process. Everything ran smoothly and came together in the end. We truly appreciate the great service you all extended not only to us but also to our guests. The atmosphere at the Beloved Hotel was amazing! The service was outstanding. The wedding planner was responsive and accommodating. I would totally recommend a destination wedding.
I will continue to recommend VIP Vacations. We felt like all you truly cared about our experiences and were willing to do anything we needed to ensure we had the trip/wedding of a lifetime. I was pleased with the professionalism and service attitude each staff member portrayed. I'm so bummed that I won't be emailing you guys almost daily. We've sort of become family this past year! I’m going to miss Ryan's random song lyrics in our emails LOL!!! And Jennifer's smiley faces in her emails, and Lauren's signature line...."always with a smile" Thank you so much for the picture frame we truly love it!!
You guys have been great!! Now plan my honeymoon LOL!!

Destination Wedding at Sugary Bay in St. Thomas
I was so happy with my destination wedding! I would recommend having a destination wedding again. Going to St. Thomas and having the wedding at Sugar Bay was perfect for me. They were really nice and the resort was clean. It was a great place for families. VIP Vacations was very accommodating and extremely helpful at all times. I would absolutely recommend using travel VIP vacations. Not only were they professional the whole time, they made the whole wedding process go as smoothly as possible. Lauren, you were a great agent and I would definitely use you again for any other vacations that I will have to come. I think everything went perfect.

Honeymoon at El Dorado Seaside Suites
Here is our review below for you.
As we started planning our honeymoon adventure it was apparent from the start we had different ideas of what 'vacation' should be. Lauren had eased our minds by finding us just the right mix of romantic, beach resort (with swim-up pool!) yet close enough to all the adventure in El Dorado Seaside Suites, Riviera Maya, Mexico.
The best part of booking through VIP Vacations was the ease in which we were able to facilitate a honeymoon registry. I asked Lauren for some assistance with this and was able to upload the contact information and instructions right on my wedding webpage.
We arrived to friendly and helpful staff eager to get us comfortable. The room was impeccable. We had such a great spot on the resort with a beachfront view. It was fantastic. We could easily walk anywhere in the resort in 5 min. Lauren knew what she was doing when she recommended this resort for our honeymoon. The entire staff (everyone!) was super helpful and nice. We had amazing food. The couples massage on the beach was beyond amazing and the private dinner was so much fun.
Thank you Lauren for helping us book our first major adventure together. We really enjoyed the things you helped plan for us and can’t wait to go back!

Destination Wedding at Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana
Jennifer at VIP Vacations was my travel agent and she and her team was fantastic. I had a destination wedding and she’s very knowledgeable about the destination wedding planning process because she was a destination bride herself. She was able to get me and my guests a great package that included hotel transfers and incentives for our room block and (most importantly) she stayed on top of my guests about their payments so I wouldn’t have to bother with it. About a month out, she sent each of our guests their travel documents in a handy little pouch that I ended up using to store all of our travel documents during our trip. Her service is great and she’s willing to go above and beyond by contacting the resort for you if you’re having communication issues with them. I absolutely loved her!

We just wanted to thank you for all of you and the staffs help planning our travel arrangements for our wedding. The wedding was perfect! The wedding coordinators at the resort were fantastic. |Destination Wedding at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall|
Just wanted to let you know that our stay at the Iberostar was absolutely amazing and our wedding was like a dream! Thank you so much to you and your staff for everything!
Here is a review I posted on a wedding website:
We contacted VIP after getting engaged in April 2011 and deciding that we wanted to have a destination wedding in Jamaica! I contacted many other travel agencies in the beginning stages but didn't receive the competitive travel quotes, friendly and helpful customer service, or the timely responses that I received from VIP. This ultimately set them apart and I decided to go with them to help plan not only our wedding travel and honeymoon, but also the travel for over 50 of our guests.
I mostly worked with Jennifer Doncsecz, VIP's President, and cannot say enough positive things about her knowledge and professionalism. I had SO many questions and she always answered them very quickly, which I needed due to my type-A personality! It was often difficult to communicate with the resort we had chosen for our wedding but Jennifer often helped negotiate and get faster responses for us. She ended up getting us a great group rate for our guests and made me feel at ease whenever I had issues or questions. I also want to say how helpful Lauren and Ryan were. Lauren also assisted with helping my guests get rooms booked brides and answer questions, while Ryan helped us book an AMAZING private catamaran cruise for our guests which they are still talking about. I truly could not have planned such an amazing event without the help and support of VIP. I will be forever grateful and would not hesitate in recommending them to any future travelers, especially destination or honeymooners! Thanks so much VIP! : )...

Destination Wedding at El Doardo Seaside
I would so so so definitely recommend a destination wedding. It was beautiful, and so much easier to do than a actual wedding. I didn't have to deal with the stress of finding a place to have a reception hall or where to have the wedding so all in all yes yes yes I would recommend a destination wedding for the convenience, fun and beauty!
While we were there we went on a few excursions and we were able to see some of the other resorts. Ours was soooooo beautiful for a wedding and romantic that I would recommend El Dorado for this purpose yes! If a couple was just going down to have a vacation then maybe no, but Seaside was amazing and like I said so so romantic. It was just amazing! I would request that they have their group booked in the same area, that way they don't have to worry about where everyone is, but other than that it is great.
I would recommend VIP. One thing we recommend though is to book the group together in the same villa of course not in the same one as the bride and groom, but it is a lot easier that way everyone knows where to go to find people in a short time, like you suggested.
We had an amazing time, and came home with great stories to tell. We still to this day are telling stories and making people laugh out loud!! So again yes I would recommend Seaside for a wedding because it is just so beautiful, and everyone that works there is so polite and willing to help you no matter the time of day or rain or shine. It was a great time!
It was a great time, and I think Dan and I plan on going back for an anniversary!!

El Dorado Casitas
I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful trip! El Dorado Casitas was absolutely gorgeous! The upgrade to the infinity swim up was fabulous- a little slice of paradise! The grounds were immaculate, the food was incredible and there were times that Megan and I were the only people in the pool or the beach! I look forward to booking soon for Megan's 40th trip.
Hopefully we'll travel sooner than that! Please don't be a stranger and if you have a new hot spot, keep us in mind! Thanks again!
My wife and I just returned from a long weekend for our 10th anniversary! The casitas were unbelievable! At times it felt like we were the only people on the resort. We were lucky to be upgraded to an infinity swim up room. Many thanks to our travel agent Jennfier Doncsecz. For taking care of every little issue and even getting us a credit from US Air. Jen- you rock!!!
Now the resort. Food was delicious, resort was immaculate and the staff treated us like royalty!
Italian casitas: tuna was delicious and the bar upstairs was beautiful! We will return- and definitely return via VIP Vacations!

Sandals Grande Riviera
Jake and I just got back from our honeymoon in Ocho Rios, Jamaica! We had the time of our lives!!! Jamaica was beautiful, the resort was wonderful, food was great, and the people were extremely friendly! We loved Mystic Mountain. However, the day we were supposed to go, there was a bad thunderstorm, so we rescheduled for the next day. It turned out that the lightning hit the ski lift and it broke. Soo...they let us have TWO bobsled rides since we didn't get to do the ski lift. This actually worked out great because Jake and I went attached the first time, and separate (so I could go faster) the second time!
We also loved the ATV tour and got to go cliff jumping at the end of the tour! It was fabulous!
We also got upgraded (thanks to you) to an OCEAN FRONT ROOM!!!! It was more than we could've ever imagined!
Oh, it was also really neat in Jamaica because we were there on their 50th Independence Day so there was a lot of celebrating!
AND, we were there when Usain Bolt won the Gold in the 100M! They went CRAZYYY....it was a cool experience!
Thank you so much for planning such a fabulous honeymoon for us!
Jake had such a good time that he already wants to go on another trip. He is persisting that I at least ask you if you knew of any good trips that were going on over Thanksgiving/Christmas. Or, if you see/hear of anything in the future, keep us in mind!
Thanks so much Jennifer!,

Sandals Grande Antigua
The trip was fantastic. The weather was the best of any of our trips and the staff seemed the friendliest here of all of the others we visited.
We particularly liked the location you chose for our room. It was very intimate and felt like where we stayed at Halcyon.
Met some great couples, had some great cat friends, enjoyed the spa treatment (I was so relaxed I fell asleep for the last 10 minutes), thoroughly enjoyed the big main pool, had great food, learned a new drink - a Chocolate Monkey!
Also talked at length at the Manager's Dinner with the new Caribbean side manager - Rocco. He had just started the day of the Manager's Dinner. Really great guy. He actually visited with us while we were waiting to depart.
We did receive our silver sandals by the way - half way there!
Thanks for everything.

Beaches was great! Best vacation we ever went on. The first all-inclusive we went on and to tell you I could get use to that treatment. Yes, Madalyn loved it as well. She didn't like the idea she could "see" the fish in the ocean but she quickly got over it. Even saw some stingrays one day.
No complaints to speak of. All the workers were friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely go back to Beaches whether there or one of their other resorts. Thanks again for all your help with our honeymoon. I know I can ask a lot of questions. We will make sure to call you next time we plan a vacation.

Dave and I are doing great. We wanted to thank you and your team for making all the travel stuff go so smoothly. A lot of our guests mentioned to us that your team really made the travel so easy and simple and therefore made the whole experience less stressful. We were originally anticipating about 30-40 guests and ended up having about 65 people. I think the ease of the travel arrangements really helped motivate people that were thinking about coming to actually follow through and book their trip. People loved the little black travel documents pouch you sent with their packets. I think using VIP Vacations deferred a lot of the travel questions from our guests and saved us from having to spend loads to time trying to troubleshoot people's travel issues. As a bride, that is an enormous help. From our perspective everything seemed to go flawlessly. So big thanks to you and your crew!

Destination Wedding at Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana
Jennifer and Lauren,
Jason and I would like to thank you for all the hard work and helpful suggestions you gave us regarding our destination wedding at Dreams Palm Beach in Punta Cana. The wedding was absolutely perfect and the resort was just as amazing. There is not a single thing I would change looking back at it now. Jason and I have only done cruises before so we didn't know what to expect as far as the resort, but it far exceeded our expectations. I would go back to this resort in a heart beat.
The Dominican Republic was also gorgeous and even with going in the end of June, the weather, even though very hot, was still enjoyable between the pool, pool bar and beach in such close proximity. The only downfall of the resort was the restaurants tended to be very hot. Also, sometimes working with the wedding planner proved to be difficult. During our year and a half of planning our first wedding planner left and we were given another wedding planner who ended up leaving the resort about 2 weeks after we returned home. We definitely did a lot of waiting on the wedding planner to return emails and phone calls with answers to questions we had. The entire process of planning proved difficult at times, sometimes even questioning if we made the right decisions; ie. Did we thank everyone enough? Wedding details? Asking people to make the journey? Even though it was difficult at times during the planning process, we started to realize that we could only make so many decisions before we went and we could do a lot of the final planning once we got down there, and ultimately, this is how we wanted to share our vows. As far as the wedding activities, everything was perfect from the flowers, to the photographer and videographer, etc. After going through the whole process, it was the best decision we could have made. Not only did we get married in a gorgeous place, we felt such love from all our friends and family who made the trip to spend our special day with us.
We both would definitely recommend VIP Vacations, Inc. to friends and family because not only did Lauren help with the travel planning but she also become a wedding planner, and someone to help get advice on certain decisions. It was also so helpful working with Jennifer because of her expertise as a former destination bride herself. We had difficulties in the beginning of our planning while using a different travel agency, but through Lauren, found VIP Vacations, Inc. Jennifer was so helpful in guiding us to start the process all over again. There's not a single thing that we would change about all the hard work that VIP Vacations did for us. Lauren is one of our closest friends so it made the whole process very easy but she also had the patience to not only deal with all of our questions but our sometimes difficult family and friends. Lauren even took time out of one of her weekends to come meet with everyone who was going on the trip and go over details as far as flights, the resort, etc. I don't think things would have gone as great if we didn't have her help every step of the way. We thank you once again for all your hard work and making our wedding the best day of our lives.
Bethany and Jason Litzenberger - Allentown, PA
Destination Wedding at Hummingbird Hall in Jamaica
Thank you for everything! I've had nothing but fantastic reports from everyone on their interactions with VIP, and have been so grateful for all of your help.
1) I would definitely recommend a destination wedding. I do think that brides who are set on being in control of EVERY aspect either need to relax that, or not have a destination wedding. It's not possible to know exactly how everything is going to turn out, and that's fine - no one else will notice or care.
2) I would recommend the Iberostar, for sure. The property was beautiful, it was great for the kids that we had there, and the guests who stayed at the Grand also loved that. I will say that the Front Desk experience was rather unpleasant the whole time - they were uncompromising, unflexible and sort of reluctant to provide any customer service. All of the other staff around the resort were just lovely, though. I would recommend Hummingbird Hall to anyone ever. The wedding was gorgeous and perfect, the staff is lovely, responsive and creative, and so accomodating. I found the price to be quite on the mark for what I wanted, and not that much more than I would have paid to completely customize a wedding on an all-inclusive. It's also private - we had the hall for the whole day, so there was no "wedding factory" experience of a resort. It was better than imagined and I would recommend them to anyone.
3) I would certainly recommend a travel agent for destination brides, and I would also certainly recommend VIP! I do appreciate VIP's constant flexibility, responsiveness and cheery responses. Again - can't thank you all enough.

We would definitely recommend VIP Vacations for sure! I am hoping to book through you guys again for a future trip--hopefully soon!
We would also 100% recommend Dreams Riviera Cancun and without a doubt recommend a destination wedding--wouldn't have it any other way!!
We loved every minute of the entire wedding/trip. Not only were we able to have a wonderful beach wedding that people dream about, but we were also on a great vacation with our closest family and friends!!! The resort was without a doubt high class and beautiful! Great food--great drinks! We were treated like royalty--the place was a lot smaller than all of the other resorts we had stayed at, but it was perfect for our 30 guests! All of our family and friends can't stop talking about the resort and the entire wedding itself! My dream wedding definitely came true!!!

Everything was absolutely beautiful in Antigua!!! We can't wait to go back or at least visit another sandals resort. The wedding coordinator was absolutely precious and hair and makeup turned out way better than I expected.....photography was also way better than I expected. Of I course they weren't like your normal professional photographer with....tilt head, chin down, shift your your shoulders......and all that jazz but the pictures still turned out nice....
Here's a sample of some of the pictures. Thanks so much for all of your help!

Destination Wedding at Beaches Turks & Caicos
While reading a review on another brides planning thread, I came across the name Jennifer Doncsecz, President of VIP Vacations Inc., a world renowned expert travel agent AND Beaches Turks and Caicos bride! I frantically emailed Jennifer on a Sunday evening at 8:00 pm. I didn’t expect a response from her personally much less a response that same evening. One could imagine how ecstatic I was when she responded by 9:00 pm that same night, the PRESIDENT of the company on a SUNDAY!! When she said, “I work around the clock for all of my brides” she was not kidding!
From the first email exchange with Jennifer, it was apparent that she had just what any destination bride needs in a TA, a superfluity of knowledge and insight; as a travel agent, traveler and destination wedding expert! From that point on the destination wedding of my dreams unfolded before my eyes. Leaving an impression and lasting memory upon us and each of those who joined us; so much so, that none of us will ever travel without the support from our VIP Vacations Inc. family again!
Jennifer was much more than a TA throughout the course of making our vacation, wedding and honeymoon arrangements; she doubled as a wedding planner, a friend, and a fellow destination wedding bride. She knew exactly what I was going through and what was yet to come; Jennifer thought of things that had never even crossed my mind. Not only did she always communicate with me (and her team with our guests) in a timely manner, she had a great system in place and was very well organized. We talked about everything from flights to out-of-town bags for our guests -and all things in between! She was nothing short of AMAZING to work with. I never worried again, after we put our wedding in her company’s hands. I was able to take pleasure in the wedding planning, pay attention to detail and really enjoy every aspect of the whole experience.
I would recommend her as the absolute best in the business! I believe that we would not have experienced our wedding the way that we did, had we not had Jennifer Doncsecz along with the VIP team heading every aspect of our travel and wedding arrangements! Words could never express our gratitude and thanks for their expert advice that led us through the wedding and vacation of our dreams.

Destination Wedding at El Dorado Seaside Suites in Mexico
Brian and I would like to thank you and team VIP for helping us have an amazing destination wedding at El Dorado Seaside Suites! Our entire wedding party had a fabulous time and could not stop raving about the property, staff, restaurants and our wedding!
From day one, Brian and I were greeted with smiles and kindness. The staff was always making sure we were happy and wanted for nothing. One staff member in particular was Lorenzo. We booked a swim-up suite and found that the pool bar was the place to be! Most of our wedding party preferred the pool and spent a lot time at our swim-up bar. Lorenzo was our bartender and he was awesome!! He made sure everyone was laughing and having a wonderful time. We certainly missed him on his days off.
Even though we spent a lot of time at the pool, we managed to mix in time at the beach as well. The beach was gorgeous, but very rocky. There was only one spot where the sand was soft enough to walk into the ocean. And although there was not a lot of beach, it never seemed crowded and you could always find lounge chairs. Personally, our favorite beach experience was being able to snorkel and see the most amazing fish every afternoon.
The food everywhere on the resort was wonderful - - from room service to the restaurants. Actually, everyone’s favorite place to order food was off the taco truck! Yes, a little taco cart drove by twice a day and made the most delicious, authentic Mexican food you could ever imagine. Our guests are still talking about it!
So many people contributed to making our wedding perfect. Starting with Valeria, our off-site wedding coordinator, who took the time to guide us through the many details from the ceremony to reception so I was never overwhelmed or pressured by all the options. Our on-site wedding coordinators Sofia and Marcela were beyond wonderful. Because of them, I was never, ever stressed. They took all the details Valeria sent over and made the transition between the ceremony and reception flawless. Sofia and Marcela took care of everything! Our minster, Carmen, was sincere and thoughtful. We were instantly at ease when she spoke. Our photographer, Damian took the most amazing pictures of not just us, but candid shots of our guests that captured how much they were enjoying their time at our wedding.
Before we knew it our wedding was over, and we wouldn't have changed a thing!! Our wedding day was better than we could have ever dreamed. We still can’t believe where the time went, but the memories we made, we will cherish forever!
Lastly, we were so surprised when we came home to your postcard, card and awesome picture frame! Thank you very much for the gift and your thoughtfulness.
Thanks again to you and the VIP team for not only being there for our friends and family, but for helping us choose the most romantic place on earth to have a wedding! Brian and I are already in the process of planning our second honeymoon with VIP!! We recommend VIP to everyone!

We made it back from Antigua in one piece! We received your postcard in the mail and wanted to write to you with some of our thoughts. We had an amazing time!! Antigua is beautiful and you were right about the beach and ocean - completely gorgeous. The food was great and we met a lot of nice couples. We were very happy with everything you did on your end. Our flights and reservations went off without a hitch.
We will definitively recommend you to others since you are so easy and fun to work with! Thank you again for help and we look forward to working with you in the future.

Thanks for the email! I know, it’s crazy how fast time has flown by! Married life is wonderful - we’re just enjoying every minute :)
So sorry for the delay in responding! I’ve been traveling so much the last month, that it’s been hard to get through all of my email.
See below for some answers to your questions:
Would you recommend a destination wedding?
Yes, absolutely! It was one of the best decisions we ever made. I can’t think of another time when we will/would have 45 of our closest friends and family together for a vacation. People still talk about the trip today – we’re thinking of throwing a Memorial Day BBQ for everyone with Jamaican food/drinks to celebrate one year later and relive all of the fun memories! Plus, once you get down there – everything is relatively stress free (compared to all of the other weddings I’ve been in)! I was swimming in the ocean the morning of my wedding.
Would you recommend Sandals —specifically Sandals Negril?
I would absolutely recommend Sandals Negril to anyone. The people there are amazing, the resort is beautiful, the beach is incredible and the food is great. I also thought the wedding locations were perfect - we got married on the beach, our cocktail hour was in a beautiful garden area and our reception was in a little beach cove on the water (it looked like it was straight out of a movie). When it rained in the middle of our reception, we were promptly moved to an oceanside restaurant to continue the celebration. Even the resort workers got in on the fun and started dancing with us :) A few things that I would warn couples about – if you’re type A (like me :) ), be prepared to just relax and go with the flow because when you’re in Jamaica, they have different timing and follow a “no worries, we’ll figure it out later” mentality. This can be really frustrating if you want to get things in order, but if you just let go and go with it, it will be really fun! Also, I said the resort is beautiful (which it is!) but in an old Caribbean sort of way. It’s definitely not a new, sleek modern resort, but I think it fits the feel of Jamaica. It just comes down to personal preference.
There were definitely a few hiccups (they cancelled our catamaran cruise the day before we were supposed to go, they were late in delivering our welcome bags – and some of our guests didn’t get them at all!), but overall I would still recommend a wedding there.
With regard to recommending Sandals in general for a destination wedding, although when we were on-site, everyone was EXTREMELY accommodating and put my mind at ease, their office in Miami caused more than a few frustrations as we worked to plan things. We would request a, b and c and they would come back with just b and forget about the others (or things like that). I was grateful to have you guys at VIP doing a lot of the negotiating on that front because I would have had a much more difficult time!
AND finally, would you recommend VIP?
Yes! I would absolutely recommend VIP to anyone (and have several times!). Jennifer, your insight/advice was so helpful along the way and really helped make our wedding come together. It was also invaluable having the VIP team helping to coordinate all of the travel/accommodation for our friends and family and also coordinating with the resort! The regular booking updates were great! I was working full time and finishing up my master’s degree at the same time that I was planning my wedding, and I honestly don’t know how I could have made it through that time if my friend hadn’t recommended VIP to me! Also, you were able to arrange for us to have a private welcome dinner at a beautiful restaurant at the resort – for no extra charge! This was the perfect way to kick-off our wedding weekend.
Thanks, Jennifer! Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. I’m happy to help in any way. I’m happy to answer any other questions that the couple may have!

Sorry it's taken me so long to get to this, but we're still really busy planning our at-home reception in a couple of weeks. It was very nice to come home from Jamaica to a postcard and card from you and your team! We really do appreciate all of the work everyone did to help us and our families get to Jamaica and get married, and enjoy a breathtaking honeymoon in paradise!
I would recommend a destination wedding, Sandals and VIP! BUT only if the couple getting married is able to "go with the flow"! VIP was extremely helpful in preparing us, but we had a saying once we got to Jamaica: "ohhhh, Jamaica..." it just meant to us that things did not always go as planned! This was NOT a big deal to us, b/c we (including our families) are pretty laid back and easygoing! If you're working with couples who aren't...I'm sure they would appreciate a heads up that every little detail might not go according to plan, but NOT TO WORRY because no matter what happens, it will be amazing and it is just a little slower in Jamaica!! The people, the scenery, the weather, the food...I can't say enough good things. I can't wait to go back!
Thank you again! (attached some pictures!)

Destination Wedding at Sandals Negril in Jamaica
I do wish I knew where all the time goes. A whirlwind into a Reception, Holidays, Christmas Shopping and just getting a huge project out of the office. Here is my review:
We had a wonderful time at Sandals Negril. The weather was beautiful and I believe we ended up with 35 people, which was a ton of fun. As far as the resort location, in retrospect, it would have been nice to be closer to some of the tour stuff by staying in Ochos Rios...we wanted to do the Bob Marley tour until we figured out it was 4 hours in both directions. I know that many couples do not want to leave the resort or don't have time, but I suggest that they take a break from planning THE DAY and look at what other activities they may want to do.
The most fun we had with all our friends was on the catamaran to Rick's Cafe, we got everyone to go! The staff were friendly and courteous and I love the fact that the Captain was the first female captain in Jamaica!!!
I recommend that the couple really consider the location at the resort that they want to get married. They offered the beach and the garden at Negril, but I know that different resorts have different options. It rained on our wedding day up until 3 pm, so they moved our reception indoors, which was a bummer. They then proceeded to schedule candlelight dinners to fill the space of my reception so that they couldn't move it back outside. It did not ruin our day at all, it was just unfortunate.
They were wonderful. Please note that you will be required to sit a tinsy tiny room to select your photos the day after the wedding. It took us 3 hours. We had to pick our photos, and the photos for each of the books. I don't think we expected this or the amount of time it took.
It was Awesome! Wouldn't have done it any other way!!! Destination - yes, again, no other way to do it and I have all kinds of former brides telling me that they wish they had done the same:)
I would recommend Sandals Negril. It was really nice having Beaches so close to change things up! Curt and I actually went to Beaches the day of our Honeymoon because there was so much more stuff to do! Their entertainment was much better as well.
Absolutely!!!! I do not know how I could have done it without you Jennifer! It was such a seamless process and my only wish is that I didn't have to work with Sandals at all. They were not nearly as organized and helpful as you were and I felt that I ended up having to rehash EVERYTHING with them. Your staff was prompt and courteous and helped all of our guest get booked and on their way. Thank you so much, VIP was Amazing.
Good luck to the lucky couples and again, Thank you for all your hard work! It was beautiful :)

Thank you so much for helping execute a seamless travel experience for our guests. It was truly the perfect resort for our wedding. Not too big, but all the amenities our guests for looking for. The staff was wonderful, and the wedding coordinators amazing. Thank you for reading into “me” and what our requests were to help us have a wonderful and memorable wedding!
Ryan, thank you for always acting quick with all of our guests, and especially my last minute requests and changes. I truly appreciate it and your positive energy. Thank you again for all your help, and we look forward to providing a perfect case study for you and a glowing recommendation! Photos to follow :)

REVIEW: My husband and I just got back from our wedding at Azul Beach in Puerto Morelos, Mexico thanks to the expertise of Jennifer Doncsecz and her team (high-five Ryan Doncsecz). Not only did Jennifer find the most amazing resort that perfectly "married" our needs as the bride and groom, but also for our guests. The MOST important thing when planning a destination wedding begins and ends with a flawless travel experience for your guests (booking, arrival and departure) - and VIP helped make the experience so awesome for our guests. We are so happy we booked our wedding through you guys! I am happy to share my experience with you if you are shopping agents. I have also put a lengthy review of my experience on Azul Beach Hotel Brides!
Destination Wedding at El Dorado Seaside Suites in Mexico
To the VIP Vacations Team,
Ryan and I would like to Thank You for putting together an amazing destination wedding at El Dorado Seaside Suites! Our guests raved about the resort, food, service, and of course the wedding itself. Everyone kept asking me, “Tara, where did you find this place?!” I said, “through our travel agent, VIP Vacations!”
We received amazing service from our El Dorado Seaside Suites Wedding Coordinator, Marcela Hernandez! She was absolutely fabulous. Because of her, I never became stressed or nervous and she took care of anything big or small in a matter of seconds. We are so lucky to have had her as our wedding coordinator. Prior to arriving, Valeria from Lomas Travel was awesome because I was able to plan everything prior to arriving. She kept in touch with me weekly up until the wedding and sent El Dorado and Lomas my detailed wedding plan. This made our meeting go quickly and smoothly.
We requested Denise from Carib Photo (per Marcela’s recommendation) and you can check out her work on my Facebook page (Tara Lafferty). We received a huge photo album with pages filled of pictures, more 5x7 pictures, post card pictures, and a CD full of 250+ pictures!
We would have not changed anything with the wedding day or the resort itself. We were delighted when we checked our mail and had several items from VIP! The wedding card, post card, and lovely picture frame! Thank you very much for the gift and your thoughtfulness.
Thanks again to the VIP Vacations Team for being there every step of the planning process and for recommending the best all inclusive resort we’ve and our guests have ever been to!
1 — Would you recommend a destination wedding? Absolutely! I have been constantly raving that we had the BEST wedding ever and did it on a small budget!!! With my job(pharmaceutical rep), I talk to ALOT of people (mostly women who are nurses) at doctor offices and they are amazed when I tell them about the free wedding package and the fact thay they will marry for you for free. I actually had another drug rep come up to me and ask me if I was the rep getting married in Mexico because an office manager was telling her about my wedding coming up and the fact that it was nearly free.
2 - Would you recommend the El Dorado Seaside for a wedding? Of course! As long as they have Valeria as their offsite Lomas Travel agent. I would say that I would have held off on ordering a few decoration items through Valeria...because once you have your sit down appt with Lomas Travel, they will negotiate prices (for flowers/sheers). They even threw in our sand ceremony for free.
And finally, 3—would you be inclined to recommend VIP for weddings/ travel in general? (if you have anything you think we could have done a better job of, please share that too as we want to always improve and be the best we can be). Yes! I actually just told a friend about you who is trying to plan her honeymoon (possibly to Mexico). When I tell people about your company, I preface that Jennifer specializes in Destination Weddings and that I remember you saying you had 12-15 weddings booked last May. I also mention how knowledgeable you are about ALL of the different resorts (not just one chain like Sandals or Secrets) and the best places to go based upon the customer's needs. As for general travel, I would recommend VIP to others because of the excellent customer service. Very prompt and detailed. Ryan and I have been using the same travel agent (Liberty Travel) for the past 5 years mainly because of her detailed knowledge regarding the resorts (ie. make sure you go to this place for their pizza when you're at the resort, try this excursion out through this tour group). However, if you pair up your experience and the effort you guys make to create a positive customer travel experience, I would say it’s safe to say that we will book our annual vacations through VIP.

St Lucia was amazing. A trip I have looked forward too for a whole year and it was just amazing. I really needed a vacation and it was the perfect one.
I will turn to you for all my vacations here on out and I have reccomended you to many people. I am also attaching some photos. Have a great week and once again thank you for making this vacation just so wonderful!

I wanted to send a note to you and your team thanking you for the fabulous job you all did with our wedding. The only thing I had to worry about was our guests making their flights and getting to the resort, which you all couldn't do a thing about that. Point is, with VIP taking care of our wedding, I didn't have to worry about one single detail.
Samantha truly is an asset to your organization. She did a phenomenal job, was there the day of the wedding to make sure everything was in line and made things so much better than we could have ever dreamed of.
Our day was perfect. So perfect, Dan and I were just discussing where we want to go next March for our first anniversary! I will be contacting you about that. I believe we're going back and forth between Dreams Riviera Cancun and Dreams Puerto Aventuras.
Thanks again, you are all rock stars!

Destination Wedding at the Mauna Lani in Hawaii
Married life is great, thanks! I attached some wedding pictures!(you can share these with your bride). We used Anna Kim Photography. She was great. She's on Maui but flew to the Big Island for us. We did the wedding and then she stayed the night and did a honeymoon session the next day.
I'd definitely recommend a destination wedding. Our friends Billy and Ashley are actually doing one next summer (I think they contacted you, Ashley Hugo, I recommended you to them). You can make it as big or small as you want and you can make it fit whatever budget you want. We just had close family and friends and everyone stayed for a week. The resort was great and large enough for everyone to have their own space. We did group activities like a luau, 4 wheeling, and ziplining on the Big Island. Picking an island is hard. It depends on the feel you want for the wedding. I loved the Big Island but when we landed at the airport I thought I was on the moon. When we went to Maui later on it was all green and very much like here, Oahu is very party central. After seeing some of the other resorts on the Big Island, I definitely think Mauna Lani was the best value. There's also a grocery store within walking distance so we bought water and snacks there and that saved a lot of food costs.
I worked with Lauren there and she was great as well. You can either do everything yourself, like find a photographer, dj, videographer, etc or she can set that all up for you. One thing I will warn you/her about is if she needs to ship things (centerpieces, welcome bags, etc) do not go through USPS or give yourself 2 months. My stuff didn't arrive until a month later. We tried to locate the boxes and the post office said they're on a barge in the ocean. So definitely pay UPS or Fed Ex and expedite, it's worth the money.
I definitely thought using VIP was an easy and stress free experience. The options you gave were good and when I wanted to see one thing or another you had the resources to get that info to me.
If your or the bride need any other info let me know. We had such a great time in Hawaii and definitely plan to go back.
Thank you again ---for everything!

Boy did it take us a while to get things back in order. We just finally put away the last of the laundry yesterday. Been busy house hunting too. The wedding was fabulous. We worked with Natalia. She was very sweet. In the end, that is what we took away from it all. Everyone had a really nice vacation and thanked us for having our wedding in such a beautiful location.
Thanks again for everything!! Emily at VIP was my saving grace.
Again, I have a feeling my group was a difficult one so thanks for putting up with that. I guess they did not understand about the transfer situation from hotel to airport; especially the large group that came in on Tuesday. . .too much confusion!! In the end we had a beautiful wedding and reception. The outside of the resort is beautiful and we made many great memories. I know people were scrambling at the last minute and they probably threw your system off a bit so I thank you for working with everyone!
I have lots of pics on facebook so check them out if you get a chance. You have an amazing job that really helps to positively influence others. . .I am jealous.
Please keep us in mind if any great deals on vacations come along. We definitely want to do a trip by ourselves maybe in the next 6 months or so.

Destination Wedding at Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica
I'm so blissfully happy! I just love looking at our pictures over and over again! They make me smile every time I look at them! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend a destination wedding! And VIP made it so easy for our guests to book their trip (LOVED the 'Save the Date' postcards we mailed out to our friends and family), and ask questions without my having to be a 'middle-man' or go-between. Your help as our liaison with Whitehouse was GREATLY appreciated!!! The small group at the small resort was just perfect! Sandals Whitehouse is a stunningly beautiful resort! The food was outstanding and there were just enough activities to keep everyone busy or allow people to just sit back and relax. Each guest could decide to do things together, or on their own, and yet not lose the rest of the group (this would not have been so easy at the much larger resort we stayed at for our honeymoon, Grand Riviera). My photographer Jeff Salvage and his wife Jennifer (also my college roommate) went scuba diving each morning and got a fabulous underwater shot in HER wedding dress! Check out THEIR idea of a destination wedding that never ends at www.onedressonewoman.com. We LOVED the beautiful rooms and beautiful views! Rich especially loved the french pastry shop that was open early in the morning and stayed open way past dinner! I loved the antipasto buffet at Giuseppe's, and the jerk chicken and pork at Bluefield's by the volleyball pool.
Thanks again for ALL of your help!!!

Destination Wedding at Beaches Negril in Jamaica
LOVE my photos and thank you again!
I would totally recommend a destination wedding! YES YES YES, in fact, I already have, Nikki is getting married at Sandals Negril in December :)
AND I would recommend Beaches Negril- 100 x over, the people of Jamaica and at Beaches Negril were AMAZING, friendly and went out of their way to please everyone ALL the time, they got to know my children on a first name basis and we made friends with some of the staff there, our wedding photographer was great and he would stop by to visit with us on the beach every time he saw us after the wedding.
AND I would definitely recommend VIP Vacations. In fact, I already did that as well! I had a friend ask about how I liked my Destination wedding, I sent her to VIP right away and she has great things to say about them as well! Nikki is great hands!
I only wish I could have had contact with Jennifer once I was in Negril, we emailed but there were a few things that were time sensitive and I felt a little lost without her input at those times, the resort has their own wedding planners but if I needed to speak with VIP (as I would normally do during the year planning) it was not as easy and I was a little panicked that I couldn’t reach them since phone communications are expensive and limited.
Other than that crutch thing with the phone, it was fantastic and we would never dream of having it any other way. We plan to return to Jamaica someday.

Destination Wedding at Secrets Maroma Beach in Mexico
I would totally recommend a destination wedding! As a matter of fact, I will likely do the same thing for my daughter when she is old enough to marry (she is only 9 now :-) It REALLY saves money because many of the things that cost you SO much in the cost of weddings are included in the package price. We figured we would have spent about $15,000 to have a full blown wedding, and that would have been with cutting MANY corners. Doing the destination wedding cost us less than half of the price and we got a once in a lifetime trip as well! We never could have afforded the wedding and honeymoon and, this way, we got both. It was also SO stress free compared to doing everything yourself!
I loved Secrets Maroma I could not possibly express how amazing this resort is. I have worked in hospitality for years in many roles. Front desk clerk, Waitress, Bartender. . . I have NEVER seen customer service like this. This place is 100% luxury 24/7.
I will ONLY book with VIP. We have already booked pour second trip with VIP and our friends have done so as well. We are going to plan a kid-friendly vacation next and will be using VIP. The customer service they offer is so personal and professional. I specifically remember the first conversation with Jennifer. She asked me "what is the most important thing to you in your location" I told her that we wanted to go to a place that resembles the Corona commericals and she REALLY delivered! She listened to everything and no matter how crazy my questions were (and I had A LOT of them) she always had my answers.
Thank you so much again!

Destination Wedding at Sandals Grande in St. Lucia
I would recommend St. Lucia in a heartbeat. It was such an amazing wedding. The staff was so wonderful to work with and they made sure that everything was so perfect. We got to know our photographer at the resort very well that took our wedding pictures and she has become a lifelong friend.
I was skeptical of a destination wedding and was not sure if I was making the right choice. However, I would not change anything that I was married on the beach in St. Lucia. It was perfect and breath taking.
The best and top notch resort would be St. Lucia Grande by far. We visited the other two Sandals resorts and they were nice, but not as beautiful as the Grande. The rooms and staff there were above and beyond what we expected. The food was also fantastic. I would recommend doing the excursions. They were a lot of fun and very enjoyable. Our family that joined us in St. Lucia really felt that it was a beautiful perfect place.
I would recommend VIP to help you with the planning. Jennifer is right on with her recommendations and without her I would not have been able to have such a wonderful and beautiful wedding at St. Lucia. I would not change anything with VIP. They did a top notch job in delivering exactly what I was looking for in a wedding.
We will have the memories for a life time and plan to go back for one of our big milestone wedding anniversaries.

It was better than we expected!
Brad & Lara Johnston - Perkiomenville, PA
We had a GREAT vacation! We got upgraded to a larger room that was super nice (everyone else that had that room type had butler service). We had a pretty nice view; we were on the second floor and there was a big palm tree right outside our balcony, but we were on the corner, so we could just look around the tree. The turn down service every night was fun; they made different animals heart-shapes with the towels every night.
The food and drinks were great! There was a nice selection between all of the restaurants. The only thing that I would say that we were disappointed in was the martini bar and piano lounge was closed for renovations.
We really loved the resort. It was clean and well kept. There were wild peacocks that took a residence at the resort. They were really fun, but if you leave food on your table during the day, they would come right up and take it! Good thing that you were able to just get more food! They went to bed early, so it wasn't a problem at dinner time.
Another thing that we really liked were the activities on the resort. Chris and I are not beach-sitters, so it was nice there were so many activities. We got our scuba certification and went diving every day! We also did and excursion where we went to the YS Falls and a river cruise. The cruise was nice, but not too exciting. The falls were so much fun! They were just as pretty as the pictures and the people that worked there were the most friendly people we met on the entire trip!
The beach was very clean; every morning a man combed it by hand (I watched him with great amusement)! There are sand fleas, which are not pleasant, but the bites don't hurt and they are less itchy than a mesquite bite. So, they are annoying because they look bad (like little welts), but the itch goes away in less than a day. If anyone is concerned about them, tell them not to be. The pros of this resort out weight this one little con. The water is prettier than the picture. It was really warm, and if you stayed in the water you didn't get bit!
Overall the experience was GREAT! We really appreciate your help and are definitely going to use you guys for our next vacation!
Katie & Chris Iacocca - Hummelstown, PA
The cruise was great, the weather was perfect. We had a great time!. . .Getting to Baltimore was super easy, got the ship pretty quick and started eating immediately!. . .The kids had fun with the group they connected with. The room was tight with 4 of us, but it worked out just fine. . .We ended up with a really good waiter, so, we went to the early seating the 6 nights we ate in the dinning room. He really took care of us. . .This cruise was different than the last one we took 12 yrs ago. That was only a 4 night cruise, so, we really only had 3 1/2 days and when two days we were on shore excursions things went really fast. . .This time, things went quickly, but not too quickly. We remarked at how it didn't feel like it was going too fast. . .The comedians were good, the shows were decent, maybe not as good as the last time. We had a lot more down time during the mornings and afternoons this time, but that was ok, because we actually got to relax. . .
We took the shore excursion to Coccoa Beach and it was warm enough to layout and swim. . .At Nassau, we took a taxi to Atlantis beach (a free beach) and for $4 a person, that was pretty cheap and easy. The guys were at the welcome center trying to get you to the beach. It was beautiful there, but the guys liked to hound you for drinks, chairs, jet skis, hair braiding, but, if you ignored them, they wouldn't keep bothering you. We ended up renting a jet ski, wihich was probably the most fun we had the whole time, that was a blast. Probably not the safest thing considering we didn't sign any paperwork or get much instruction on how to drive it, but it all turned out well. . .I would say that Freeport was a bit disappointing, in that, we were only there from 7a to 2p, and the beaches weren't close. It was the warmest day, but we didn't get in the water. I think most people just shopped at the port or stayed on the ship. . .I would leave out of NJ or Baltimore again, but, and I'd go to Nassau again, but i'd like to try a cruise that stops at it's own island. A friend said that was their best shore excursion and i'm not sure which line it was, but this family had done Universal one day, Atlantis resort water slides another day and considering the costs and lines, they said theire fav was the cruise line owned island. . .
It will probably be a while till do another one, but, you did a great job getting us set up and answering question and we were very pleased with the whole cruise. . .You can take a look at my page and look at the pictures from the cruise that my daughter had posted (179 of them!). . .I already recommended you to a FB friend that started talking to me about taking a cruise :)

Sandals Grande in Antigua
Sorry it took a bit to get back to you but yesterday was real busy. . . I will try and post something on your web site and include some photos when I am off next weekend.
Briefly, however, I will say that our trip was fabulous. . .there are 2 aspects to every trip as I see it, the getting there and getting back part, and the Resort Stay, as far as the first part went the Airlines are just all terrible at times, and thank YOU for sorting out the whole mess. . .we actually had a fun day and evening in Newark at the Crown and coming back on Sunday was good. . .probably a better travel day thanSaturday any way. . .as for Sandals Antigua we loved it. . .the beach is probably the best beach we have ever been to, even nicer than Negril. The water was sooo nice it's hard to describe, we spent a lot of time there. I really liked the room you booked for us, it was very private and we both felt that the Carribean Village was much nicer than the Mediterranean side.
Food was great, service was great, weather was absolutely perfect!! 80-84 degrees every day, all sun and rained two times at night, no bugs. I really feel that your recomendation to go here was a good, one, thank you again, we would definitely come back and some day will, we now have our sites set on St Lucia The Grand, based on speaking with several people who have been there. . .probably this time next year. . .I now have to go to work. . .thank you again, you are the best, you always make the extra effort, it means a lot and does not go unnoticed by us

Honeymoon at Sandals Montego Bay in Jamaica
Thank you sooo much for all your help planning our honeymoon at Sandals Montego Bay! Chad & I had an amazing time! With so many Sandals resorts and locations to choose from, we definitely needed help narrowing down which was the best for us and what we wanted to do. Sandals Montego Bay was exactly what we were looking for. The first thing we noticed was that the staff was extremely friendly! They make every guest feel like they are a VIP! The food was delicious and we found that there were many restaurants and options to choose from so we never got bored. I was also lucky enough to enjoy some of the salon & spa services that they offered at the resort and felt totally pampered. The spa was nicer than many facilities I can find at home! Although we spent the majority of our time relaxing on the beach, we also made time to enjoy many fun activities that we had never tried before! We did the Dunns River Falls & Dolphin Cove excursion and had an amazing experience!
Overall, we can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at Sandals Montego Bay! Thank you again for helping us plan the perfect honeymoon! We hope to work with you again on future vacations!

Destination Wedding at The Veranda in Turks & Caicos
The wedding was amazing! The wedding planner did an awesome job, the staff at the resort was wonderful and the management bent over backwards for us. I would definitely recommend the Veranda to everyone. Thank you so much for everything!
The resort was only operating at 30% capacity when we were there in July, so out of the 10 rooms we had booked, 7 of the rooms got upgraded from the Studio rooms to the Suites. Larry and I were upgraded to a two floor suite with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The Suites were like mini apartments and I highly recommend them to people. My parents got upgraded to a Suite right outside of the kids’ pool and at night they would lounge in the pool by themselves with drinks. The entire time we were there the resort only had 7 kids.
The staff on the property was awesome, except for a few male employees that didn't acknowledge me when ordering drinks. I came to find out that they do not respect women on the island and that's why they were always willing to acknowledge Larry or other men at the bar before me. I would say this was just the case with two male bartenders so I had Larry order my drinks for me. But on a whole the staff was phenomenal; they knew each and every person on our trip by name. By the end of the trip Uncle Mike and my godson Austin were legends with the staff. They also knew what Larry and I drank, and would bring buckets of Corona’s down to the beach for us. I can’t rave about the staff enough, my entire party was treated like royalty, I don’t know if that was because they were only at 30% capacity or they really work on customer service. Larry and I became friends with a lot of them and I have written their names down so I can write a review on trip advisor. I do want to point out that service was a little slow which I didn't mind. I mean you’re in the islands, what's the hurry? Some people though did not like this fact and talked negatively about it on trip advisor. We did not have a problem with this because we were there to enjoy our surroundings and slowdown from life anyway. I think they are just slower paced on the island and you need to get used to that.
The food was wonderful! Every morning there was a breakfast buffet down in the beachfront restaurant and an omelet station. Lunch was ordered off of the menu, no buffet, and it changed daily. For dinner you could eat from the buffet at the lower restaurant if you didn’t want to make reservations or just eat at your will. This buffet changed nightly too, we didn’t eat much of the buffet because we always made dinner reservations, but the food looked good except for Indian night. The other option for dinner was to make reservations for the sky lounge (where the reception was held) and order off of the menu. Reservations could be made in the morning and only one day out of our entire trip did the restaurant fill up and we were unable to eat up there. The food in the sky lounge was phenomenal. Some nights I ordered two dishes because I wanted to try everything and I was running out of time. The food was nothing like your typical all inclusive where it’s a buffet and recycled from the previous night. The executive chef was top notch.
The wedding! Shameka our wedding planner was amazing. She bent over backwards to help me out with a few snags along the way. She is the wedding planner at The Grace Bay and is working as planner there and at the Veranda. When I originally booked the wedding there was another wedding planner Donna who I was working with initially. Donna was fired along the way and Shameka picked up where Donna left off. Two days before we were supposed to leave I spoke with Shameka about loose ends and came to find out that certain things Donna had promised me where now no longer included in the wedding package and were add on fees. I had a heart attack and a crying fit! When I arrived at the resort I sat down and told Shameka that Donna had promised certain things, Shameka understood and told me I wasn’t the only bride Donna had promised these things too. She assured me she would make them happen and bent over backwards to give us the wedding of our dreams. I can’t say enough about her, her staff and her professionalism.
Overall, the trip was amazing! Our party loved the resort and is dying to return. And the island wasn’t too shabby either!! Those beaches are amazing! We would be going back this summer but our best friends are expecting a baby and our other friends are getting married, so it’s a busy summer. The hotel was top notch, it was clean and modern, the grounds were well kept & the staff was friendly and attentive. I liked that the resort was smaller than some of the other resorts as I felt we were catered too and more attention was paid to us. The hotel was 18 months old when we got married, but the majority of the bugs they had were figured out by the time we stayed there. And the minor ones they are still working on. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a boutique all-inclusive where you are waited on hand and foot. It was a great choice and the wedding of my dreams.
And I also highly recommend Tropical Imaging for photography! Especially Ileana! She did my photos, worked her but off from the time she arrived to the time she left, and took beautiful pictures! Hope all is well with you! Thank you for everything!

Thank you!! The wedding was great!
They do a fantastic job there. We absolutely loved our wedding planner she was fantastic. A little sad it's all over, especially now that winter is here!
Will try to get you more info, just so busy since the wedding! Thank you again for everything!

Azul Beach Family Vacation in Mexico
Azul Beach was wonderful and we loved it. I highly recommend it. The only concern I have is that they were doing some building. While it was perfect for us in terms of the lack of crowds on the beach, restaurants, bars, I’d be concerned post-opening of the additional space that it would be too crowded.
I took my family to Cancun and Lauren at VIP was very helpful, knowledgeable, and able to make all the arrangements end-to-end. We had a blip with the transfers upon arrival and she was able to sort it out quickly. It was good to be able to call and get a person right away who could actually fix the problem. I recommend them and plan to use VIP again.

Disney’s Aulani Resort
The trip was wonderful. All the flights were on time with no delays. Planes were packed and tight but that is nothing you could change.
The resort is fabulous. Plenty of activities for kids. This time of year was perfect as school is in session. The resort is also only 1/3 open as most of it will be time shares. They are still putting finishing touches around and plan on adding an additional restaurant which is needed. What can you say about daily 84 degree temp, cool breezes and wonderful water. We relaxed, since we only had five nights, but took a few off site tours, one to Pearl and one to a luau. We would love to go back so we bought a time share with Disney. Our choice was the Aulani or Animal Kingdom, which we took. Our grandkids are young and we figured we would get more use from DisneyWorld vs. the flight to Hawaii. With the time share, we can of course go anywhere in the world so its an exciting venture for us.
Thank you for making the arrangements and our trip a memorable experience.

Best Western Sheldon Park in Dublin, Ireland
Thank you so much for a wonderful trip. The accommodations were nice, the hop-on hop-off bus was perfect for seeing the city and getting the layout. We were able to find our way around pretty easily after that. If you ever have any of those great deals again, let me know. We never really plan where we wanna go, we just wait to find an opportunity we can't refuse. So if you find one of those again let me know.
Thanks again for all your help,

I am Rachel Diem's friend who you booked our girls getaway or what we call our 29 and holding birthday celebration! I just wanted to thank you for everything you did for us. It was the most amazing trip I have ever been on, and when I need a travel agent you will be in the one I call from now on and refer. Playa Del Carmen was beautiful and the resort was AWESOME! I honstley had nothing but really good things to say. We loved the beach where we were and am so glad we took your suggestion over our own ideas. We felt really safe at the resort which was a huge concern. I was soo relieved to see all the places we went had gates in front of them and our hotel didn't. When I saw that I knew things had to be super safe which made me feel a lot better. The food was even really good at the hotel. We did do zip lining through selvatica, it was the best experience. They really made it soo much fun. I would recommend that to anyone also.
I know you are friends with Rachel on Facebook. We did post pictures you can find me and my pictures at Mandie Levan.
Thank you for helping us have the most amazing time. I really appreciate all you did for us. Everything was just perfect for a much needed vacation! Rachel and I said we would gladly test any resorts you needed someone to test and provide feedback!
Have a great weekend!

Honeymoon at Secrets Maroma Beach
I worked with Jennifer in planning our honeymoon. My husband and I really did not know where we wanted to go, but we had a few must have things for our honeymoon. I told Jennifer what we would like out of our honeymoon and she provided us with options. She provided feedback on the various resorts and locations. She was always quick in getting back to me and was extremely friendly to work with.
We had an amazing honeymoon at Secrets Maroma Beach in Mexico. I would def recommend VIP for your traveling needs!

So sweet of you to write. We are enjoying newlywed bliss. Perfect timing for the summer to start right when we got back. St. Lucia was absolutely amazing. We loved every minute and had the best time on our honeymoon. I posted some pics on FB if you want to check them out.
Thanks again-it truly was wonderful!!

Wow sorry it has taken so long to tell you how everything went. We loved it!!! Thank you so much for all the hard work you did for us! I love love love the employees!!! All of them, in fact I wish I could just move there and work with them. They are all so amazing!!! My wedding was perfect, minus Aliyah getting the flu the night before and being grouchy for the wedding, I got it on the way home. It was the best vacation/wedding ever!!!!
Thank you Jennifer for making everything so easy for us!!! I do have a question for you, do they save any of the photos that we didn't buy? I messed up and ordered 4 of the same shot......darn!!! If not that's ok too! Thanks again and I will try and get on your page and write a review soon!
Jennifer you were the best from start to finish! I will recommend you to everyone!!!

Destination Wedding at Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia
I am very happy with the choice to get married in St. Lucia . . . it was the best decision that I had made! It was a suggestion from my family, and my now husband and so the decision was an easy one. There was no stress in the planning process on my part at all. All I had to do was send the appropriate documentation for our marriage license. They sent an email that everything was received, and I felt relieved that they notified me by letting me know that they had received them. All I had to do was make sure I carried the documents with us on our trip to St. Lucia. I had my dress . . . he had his tux . . . and we were ready to go!
The La Toc Sandals Resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Having the Butler service was so convenient, we simply had to use the cell phone to call for what ever we wanted. We also want to the Grand, and loved the idea that we could go between resorts. We ate at the restaurants at both La Toc and The Grand, and LOVED them all!
Wedding wise . . . our coordinator Georgia was fantastic! We met with them, told them what we wanted, and they took care of EVERYTHING! I was so relaxed the entire time, and didn't have to worry about anything at all! She came to my room before I needed to get married and walked me down to the location . . . it was so nice, I didn't have to go alone and again it was completely worry free. They are the experts in this, and try to accommodate with everything that you want. We originally picked a different gazebo location, and when we walked past it realized that we didn't like it. We immediately went to the wedding coordinator, and she was very quick to accommodate the change to another gazebo we liked.
VIP was great in booking the trip . . . very helpful in answering questions that we had. I would highly recommend using you guys for anyone booking a trip like this. Emily was also really great and accommodating, please let her know that I said so. I wish we could have taken the helicopter ride . . . but we booked another excursion that was fantastic and had a great time! Using VIP I felt confident going to St. Lucia to have my wedding. You take the guess work out of booking a trip like this. I felt confident that we had everything in place prior to going that I was able to completely enjoy my "Wedding-moon" and feel stress free! :)
Thanks again with helping in planning this FANTASTIC tip! I'm looking forward to taking a trip back to St. Lucia in a few years and staying at La Toc again!

Disney Vacation by our Disney Travel Expert Jen Graf
Our trip was truly magical - This was my first visit back in a very long time and it was the first time for my husband and children. Your dedication to making our trip memorable was amazing. Specifically how you were able to accommodate all of our requests and ensure we received the latest and greatest discounts. I am attaching a few pictures and as you can see we were just as excited to be there as the children.
I look forward to booking our next Disney vacation with VIP in the very near future !!

Disney Vacation at Port Orleans
I wanted to send you an email and let you know we had a great time in Disney last week. The Port Orleans was a great suggestion by you. The hotel was great for our family but looked also to be a great spot for couples without kids. They have a bar in the main building that was packed every night. The boat to downtown was also a nice perk for a moderate hotel.
Thanks again for all your help. If you happen to see any Disney Deals popup during the year please keep me in mind. We will see what happens but I would not be surprised to see us back down there next December.

Sorry for not getting back sooner but we're now in the midst of planning wedding 2.0 (the Allentown reception), but I’ve attached a couple of pictures from the wedding. The wedding turned out picture-perfect, & I couldn't have imagined a better way to get married. The only hiccup we experienced was with the flights; we were under the impression that travel there would be easy, but it was quite a hassle with layovers & what not. Overall though, we were extremely happy & have already talked about when we plan our next vacay going through you guys again.
You were all so amazing to work with & so prompt with any and all issues. I cannot stress how much better off we were going through VIP than people we met down there that tried to do it on there own! All the details that you helped us sort through prior to the trip just simply fell into place when we got there, which made the trip even more relaxing/enjoyable!
All in all we were very happy and fully intend on planning our next trip through you!
Thanks again for everything! Talk to you soon!!!!!

Im so sorry I haven't been in touch with you, it really is a difficult task getting back into the groove of things after a destination wedding! THANK YOU!!! so much for all your hard work, everything was perfect! I really cannot think of anything that went wrong, all our guest still can not stop talking about the Royal and how amazing it was. I will send you some pictures shortly.
Thank you again to you and your team for everything!

Destination Wedding at Aventura Spa Palace in Mexico
I just have to tell you what a wonderful time we had at Aventura Spa!! Everything was SOOO great from beginning to end. The wedding was beautiful and the service was incredible. It was so much more than I ever imagined :) Everyone who booked within our group were all in the same building and we were just a few rooms away from each other. Also, several of us had ocean view rooms which we weren’t expecting!
Thank you for the card in the mail - that was so nice! I sent you a few pictures this morning. Yes, we got our photo album and DVD in the mail yesterday already and I am so happy with them. We used the resort photographer and then my brother-in-law took tons of pictures for us too. We are sooo happy with the way the pictures turned out.
Everything went so smoothly. At times, I did not feel like an ‘easy bride’, but I’m glad you think so! I tried to keep things in perspective, but I have a tendency to worry about things also.
I would definitely recommend a destination wedding. I would NOT change a thing about our wedding! Destination wedding brides need to be willing to let go of control and have faith that everything will work out when they get there. Small things may go wrong, but the guests will never know this!
I would recommend Palace Resorts, especially Aventura Spa. The resort grounds were beautiful and had so many photo opportunities! Even though there is no ‘real beach’ at Aventura, there are so many other wonderful things about this resort that make up for it. I would have to say that the communication beforehand was a bit frustrating at times - slow responses back and different answers from different people. However, our wedding coordinator, Cristina Suarez, had everything in order for our meeting and followed through on every little detail. We took decorations along with us and gave them to her 2 days before the wedding and she did a fantastic job making everything look so nice. The service at Aventura Spa was out of this world (except the restaurants were a little slow). They truly did an amazing job and everything was done by them saying ‘my pleasure’.
VIP did such an awesome job coordinating our group and making the reservations for our guests. Jennifer was the communication between myself and the resort and took care of everything free of charge! They were such a joy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions/concerns that my guests or I had. It is nice to know that they care about your vacation as much as you do! Planning a destination wedding was a bit stressful in the beginning, until VIP became my travel agent and took care of all the little details for me. They have the contact people at the resorts and are able to get answers much quicker than the average person.

Destination Wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun
I knew when I decided to get re-married I wanted a destination wedding! VIP Vacations helped my husband and I decide where we wanted to get married. They were so helpful and extremely knowledgeable on Destination Weddings!! I had so many questions and they were prompt in answering anything whether it was through a phone call or mail.
Shortly after we had book our destination wedding with VIP they were in need of more Bridal Consultants! I was so happy to give them a recommendation for my sister-in-law's niece Lauren. I told Jennifer she would be perfect to add to their amazing staff, Lauren truly has one of the best personalities someone can have and knew she'd be a perfect fit!
As Jennifer brought Lauren to be part of her VIP staff, I was lucky to have Lauren work with us on our destination wedding. She did an amazing job handling everything and made sure not to have me stress over the little things we brides stress over!!
They as destination wedding travel agents do so many extras for you! They customize save the date cards for you to send and I especially LOVED our countdown page!!! I looked everyday to see how many more days, hours and minutes to go!!!
Everything went so smooth! Communication through the resort planning was a bit stressful, but I was assured it would all come together!! It certainly did!! From the moment we arrived into our Amazing Room!!
Thanks to VIP, to the day of our wedding! Our day couldn't have been more perfect! I'm very excited to say friends of our are getting married in March 2012 and they as well are using VIP as their wedding destination travel agent!!! Thank you to all the staff at VIP for a wonderful Job!!!
Extra thanks to Jen & Lauren!!! A day we will never forget! October 7, 2011 Dreams Riviera Cancun!

While browsing the internet I found a wedding website for destination weddings. On their blog I found recommendations for Jennifer at VIP Vacations. I made the call & it was SUCH a weight lifted off of me!
Jennifer, along with her staff, helped me with the wedding planning and all of the travel for my 30+ guests traveling to Turks and Caicos to join us on our special day. I cannot imagine doing this without them!
My guests just contacted the VIP crew by phone or email & everything was taken care of! I would recommend VIP Vacations for anyone who is traveling anywhere, especially on a destination wedding!

Honeymoon at Bucuti Resort in Aruba
Aruba was absolutely fantastic and married life is even better! I've been meaning to send you a note to thank you for your expert input about the area and for the very special welcoming gift at our hotel at the Bucuti. We adored Bucuti - the staff were very professional and extremely pleasant. The grounds were beautiful and the service top-notch. The beach can't be beat - stunning! Kyle had the amazing fortune while out strolling one evening (I was getting ready for dinner at the hotel) to see baby sea turtles scrambling for shore after they hatched! Luckily, he took video so I could experience it too :)
Our Jeep rental turned out to be one of our highlights of the trip - we loved seeing the island on our own time and getting to some restaurants that would have otherwise been out of reach. Every restaurant we went to exceeded our expectations - we frequently enjoy fine-dining at home and Aruba had plenty of choices. And the amount of food!! We didn't go hungry, that's for sure.
One thing we kept saying about Aruba is that it's so "easy" and hassle-free. It was easy to get to (direct flight from MSP), the drive to/from the airport is quick, they accept American currency, most everyone speaks English - yet you still feel like you're in an exotic location. We'd recommend it (and do!) to anyone.
Enjoy the few photos I've attached. If you have any clients wanting first-hand accounts about beautiful Aruba or Bucuti - feel free to share my email address - I'd love to pass along what little knowledge I now have :)
Thank you again for your amazing service - you went above and beyond to make our honeymoon memorable for a lifetime!
We may be in touch in the coming months as we're looking into getting away early next year to escape the blistery, snowy, winter in Minnesota. We'd like to try somewhere new but haven't started our research yet. We'll be in touch!

Honeymoon at Sandals Grande Riviera Beach
Yes we are back and getting used to married life for the past 2 months :) It has been fun and an adjustment all at once.
Jamaica was beautiful and we had a great time. It is fun to look back on the pictures that we took. If we would travel again we probably wouldn't go to the same resort just because we experienced all of it, but sometime in the future we would love to have another fun tropical vacation.
As far as hiccups the only disappointment was the 250 dollar spa credit that we didn't receive. I definitely would have used it, but yes well nothing we can do about it now.
Thanks for your help. I hope you are doing well :)

Tropicana Las Vegas
I wanted to thank you so much for helping with my Las Vegas getaway! Everything went sooooooo smoothly. From the time we headed to the airport and until our return home! We both had a blast and it was definitely a much needed stress free vacation. I can’t wait to go back!
I have a friend who was there back in, I believe 2008. I told them I would love to go back soon. There is so much I did get to see, but so much I didn’t also. My friend said they would go with me. They’re thinking winter time works for them better. I don’t know much about the weather there in the winter, I’m sure it’s not hot as it was now. (It didn’t bother me, I was having too much fun)!
I’m hoping you might be able to help me with those plans also. Not sure about any definites yet, but was wondering if there is actually a better time during the winter where they might have some great deals? I did notice when scanning over the computer that some places said between NOV & MAR they can’t guarantee their pools are open due to maintenance and weather! This time I would probably be doing a split week that starts like on a Thursday or Friday and goes til like a Monday or Tuesday.
Once again I wanted to say a big thank you! I didn’t want to come home! Hope to talk to you again soon!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! We enjoyed Sandals Royal Bahamian & were impressed with all the services they offered! The butlers did a terrific job at making us feel special! The staff was also very friendly! We definitely are recommending this spot to anyone looking for a great get away!

Thank you so much for the email! To be honest, you did more than a wonderful job with our accommodations! Everything was flawless especially with pick up from airport to hotel and vice versa. Attached are some photos but there are more on my facebook page!
I received the email you sent Tess and she will be very appreciative of that. A local wedding I could be of some help, but a destination wedding is definitely your turf! If she decides to use your service, Aubrey is the Matron of Honor, so hopefully we can get a discount on our stay, haha.
Anyways, you’re the best and we can’t wait to work with you again!

Family Vacation at Ritz Carlton Orlando
Thanks so much Angie for making all the travel plans for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration on such short notice. The flight, arrangements for the car rental and our final destination at the Ritz Carlton were perfect. We had a great time.
Everything was wonderful. You personally did an excellent job.
The only downfall was checking into the Ritz. We arrived at 2 PM and they said our rooms were not ready. We thought, no biggie on our part, we will just go get lunch and then we thought our rooms would be ready. Needless to say, only one room was ready by 4:30 and the other room was not ready until 6 PM. We pretty much lost an afternoon by the pool since we did not have access to our luggage. I thought that was very unusual for the Ritz and to be honest, management did not address it until later that evening after repeated attempts by us to speak with someone in management. They did give us a $100 Gift card to be used at the Ritz.
Hope all is well with you. Thanks again for all your help.

Honeymoon at Sandals Grande Riviera Beach
It was wonderful! We had so much fun. The resort was beautiful, and Jamaica is gorgeous. I am so happy we picked Sandals Ocho Rios for our honeymoon. We took an excursion tour that took us out on a catamaran, we went snorkeling and then we climbed Dunns River Falls. It was a great break from laying on the beach or swimming in the pools. And we had a complimentary photo shoot which was great and we purchased some of the photos so we will have amazing memories forever of our honeymoon! I'm at work right now, but when I get home, I will email you one of the pictures from our photo shoot.
The only hiccup was the spa issue that you resolved in a matter of minutes. Other than that, it was luxury, pampering and relaxing for a week. And talk about the food>>anything you could want or imagine and as much of it as you want. Gary said he gained 11 pounds, I wouldn't get on the scale (ha-ha!).
I also wanted to tell you that our candlelight dinner on the beach was amazing! It was my surprise to Gary and he was definitely surprised. It was beautiful and romantic. It was such a great suggestion, thank you. It was certainly one of the highlights of our honeymoon. And worth every penny!!
When my parents picked us up at the airport, my Mom noticed that besides both of us putting on a few pounds, Gary and I just looked so happy. And we are. So thank you for helping us have a honeymoon that was more than we could have ever asked for. You made the entire process so easy and if we ever have the opportunity to plan another trip, we will contact you to help us arrange it. And if we hear of anyone planning a vacation, I will give them your contact information because they would be silly to go anywhere else.

Family Vacation at Dreams Punta Cana
We had an AMAZING time! We loved our trip. The weather was wonderful - the place was beautiful too. I understand they are updating some of their building and our particular building I believe was not yet updated - the air conditioning wasn't working very well, however there was a large fan that helped out alot. Being everythingelse was so great we were fine because you really don't spend much time in your room! The food was awesome and the entertainment shows each evening were outstanding! We didn't miss a single one!
We went on two excursions - the snorkeling cruise where we swam w/nurse sharks and also stingrays - and then the Boogie Adventure where we went riding through the mud! It was so much fun! We all had a blast. Can't believe we didn't do the zip line - that's what we had planned to do - but the roads were so bumpy and the ride to get there was going tobe about 45 min from the hotel and Syd gets car sick - so we passed on that one. We want to do it sometime though!!!
The only thing that I felt could have been improved on your part is that it would have been nice if we would have known about the luggage fees. We ended up paying $25.00/bag ($100) to go and $29.00/bag ($116) when we came home - so it was definitely something we would have liked to been aware of.
Thanks for all you did to help make our trip special!
Brad & Lisa Peters - Lebanon, PA
Honeymoon at Sandals Grande in St. Lucia
We had a great trip - never felt so taken care of. Thanks for all your help and for being so reassuring as I was up and down through the process.
We loved the Grande! La Toc was beautiful too. We ate so much food and went hobie sailing everyday. We tried to do most the things you mentioned. We loved it!
I'm really glad I got to work with you and look forward to talking with you soon. Sorry, again for not emailing right away - we meant to. Here are some photos I've been meaning to send you. I can't believe we've been married almost 2 months. We have been so busy since returning from our honeymoon. We sure loved it there. I have a ton more photos. I took my new camera and was able to get some really cool shots. We loved the Grande. Not sure we got the upgrade or not - they were a little thrown off by us showing up at 11AM. They know all the flights that come in so they werent expecting us to show up early. It was fun though cause we signed up for dinner reservations and picked activities for the week before they got full. Only downside was Bethany's bag got left by american airlines so the first day she didn't have a change of clothes. But it came that night. We liked that first place we stayed too. We actually hobie sailed over to it later in the week.
Once we got in our room it was the Rodney building #3 ( I think rm 409). It was the second level with the pool as our view. We liked the the building cause it was quiet and far away from everything, but we thought it would be nice to have bayside because the view is amazing! We asked and after two nights they moved us directly across the hall. We loved it!!!! Both rooms were nice, but breakfast overlooking the bay was amazing. I know our rooms were 409 and 410, but can't remember which one was bayside now.
We took your advice and went to La Toc for 2 meals (komonos & La Toc) Both were nice. We also went to the pier. It was nice to dress up for dinner 3 times and go out. Other then that we enjoyed the food at the Grande. We really liked Toscaninis!!! We also won dinner on Gordons our last night, but we had reservations at Toscaninis, so we cave Gordon's away - that would have been fun to try.
We hobie sailed everyday - sometimes twice a day. We did the hike up to the Fort and got some awesome sunset photos. We did a tour (not through the restort) John's tour (Cousins to charlies tour). We actually loved it. 5 couples and we did more then simon says - plus we bartered and got them to throw 30 minutes on a jetski. Most days consisted of sleeping in - staying on the beach all day ( there were always open chairs and umbrellas. They said they were 85% full - didn't feel that full! It was funny thought the chairs by the pool were always full. We loved sitting on the beach!
Well, this is a brief summary of our adventures. I apologize for not reporting back right away. I meant to - well I really appreciate all that you did for us. Hopefully someday we will be able to go on another vacation through VIP. We will have to save for a bit though :) It was the nicest place we ever stayed. Have a great week! Sorry for the long email!

Family Vacation at Beaches Turks & Caicos
Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful vacation you booked for us. Turks and Caicos is a beautiful, clean, and friendly island. Beaches resort had so much to offer.
My son enjoyed playing volleyball (land and water) daily, my daughter loved going to the club and “hanging out” every night. Our favorite place to dine was the sushi bar – fun and delish! The best meal was at Barefoot on the Beach. My daughter loved Arizona’s, and the candlelight dinner for my husband and I on the beach was absolutely romantic. Thank you for that, we loved it!
We snorkeled every day, and took the snorkeling/boat cruise to Iguana Island and the coral reefs. We even swam with a small shark (got a picture too, but kept some distance from it)! I would certainly vist Turks and Caicos again, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you again.

Honeymoon at Sandals Grande Antigua
Jessica and I are doing great. I hope you're doing the same! The honeymoon was awesome, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The weather was perfect, it sprinkled the first night, but nothing but sun after that.
Sandals Antigua was an amazing resort. The staff were all very personable and nice, the food was great, and the resort itself was beautiful. Antigua was a great destination for our honeymoon. One of the highlights of our trip was taking an Eco tour that we heard about from another couple. It was called the Canopy Combo tour - it included zip-lining in the rainforest canopy, kayaking from a lagoon to the ocean, then snorkeling. It also included lunch on the beach and a drive throughout the western part of the island. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and showed us many local fruit trees and picked fruit off of them.
We would highly recommend Antigua and Sandals to any other honeymooners. Thanks for checking in and thanks again for everything!

Honeymoon at Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica
Jay and I had an amazing time in Jamaica. The people were beyond friendly - even in Customs! The best time that we had on the trip was doing the catamaran cruise at sunset (Lover’s Rock Cruise) - it was like a party on a boat - full bar and dj and the best part was that you were able to jump off the side of the boat (well - Jay’s favorite part). We also LOVED the full day off of the resort when we did the South Coast Combo excursion - that was the Black River Tour, YS Falls and Rum tour. We were surprised that we were doing zip-lining at the YS Falls but it was sooo much fun!!!
Sandals was nice, but would like to try a different resort next time to compare. One complaint that Jay had was what he called the Paparazzi. I didn’t mind that as much, but they were every way wanted to get your picture. I loved the view from our room, but was disappointed in the single sink and the small tub/shower.

Destination Wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun
I want to say THANK YOU so much!! We all had an amazing time and everyone’s trip was great. We had no problems or issues at all. All the travel stuff was perfect. I will recommend you to everyone I know. I’m your biggest fan know!! Lol.
I can’t believe it’s over now! I requested everyone post their pictures to a shutterfly account I made so as soon as that’s done and I get my wedding slideshow from the resort photographers I’ll send you the links.
For any brides questioning who to use:
First, I have to say I LOVE Jennifer and VIP! I used VIP Vacations for my destination wedding. I searched around for a travel agent for a while before I finally found Jennifer on a referral from a work friend. I must have spoken to and emailed with 4-5 travel agents prior to Jennifer and I have to say in her initial response to my first email she gave me more information then all of the other travel agents combined. She listened to what I was looking for, knew what resorts would meet my needs and was never pushy about any particular hotel like some travel agents can be known to do.
As any bride who booked a destination wedding knows, it’s not always easy getting a response from the resort wedding coordinator’s but Jennifer was even able to help me with that. If there was something I really needed to find out or if had been awhile without a response from them, she would contact them and I would have a response within a couple of days. Jennifer always answered my emails, sometimes I would get responses at 9:30 at night - that is dedication.
We had 48 people travel to our wedding. Jennifer and her team were on top of everyone’s travel info and needs, not one person had a complaint and everyone was impressed. Everyone also loved the pre-travel packet we got - it included our travel documents, luggage tags and a zippered bag to keep the travel documents, etc.
I really can’t say enough about Jennifer and VIP Vacations. I will definitely use her services for ever. I would consider myself a client for life. Like I told her when I got back from the wedding, I’m her biggest fan. And my sister-in-law has decided to have a destination wedding as well and will be using VIP!

Honeymoon in Hawaii
Jennifer is the BEST!!
I have your typical Type A personality, which means I have trouble allowing other people to take care of things. However, when it comes to planning a wedding, something has to give, which is why I enlisted Jennifer to help us with our honeymoon planning, and I am so glad I did!
From the moment I emailed her, she was so friendly, curteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable. She helped me narrow down our choices and ultimately planned a wonderful honeymoon for us in Hawaii. All of her hotel recommendations were spot on and suited us perfectly. I think the best thing about her is that she promptly responds to every email (and I emailed her A LOT) and every phone call. In fact, I had to call her on our trip because there was a minor mix up in one of our reservations. Within hours, everything had been taken care of. It probably would have been taken care of within minutes had it not been in the middle of the night back on the east coast. :)
I have already recommended her and her company to several of our friends, and I plan to use her services again in the future. Oh and I forgot to mention, her services don't cost you a penny! We actually saved money booking through her. I tried to beat her prices using Expedia etc., but I couldn't compete. I highly recommend Jennifer and VIP Vacations!!

Honeymoon at Sandals Grande Riviera Beach
I can't say enough good about Jennifer at VIP Vacations. She took our budget into consideration and set up an amazing all-inclusive honeymoon for us in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
Due to weather complications, our wedding had to be moved at the last minute - so after all was said and done: we were so ready for a relaxing honeymoon. Jennifer relayed the message of our stress to the resort and they gave us an amazing welcome when we arrived.
I'll definitely be using this agency for future travel. Well done.

Destination Wedding at El Dorado Seaside Suites
Hi it's Ken, Olivia's husband, I'm sure you got Olivia's email by now about her getting stuck going to canada for a week for work. But I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for all your help for our wedding / honeymoon to mexico (El Dorado SeaSide Suites).
I'm sure you get the thanks and follow ups by the brides / wives but I was so happy and pleased with the whole trip and ceremony I wanted to personally thank you.
The Sea Side Suites was a great recommendation and we can't wait to go BACK !! It was very hard to leave paradise. The resort was amazing, the staff were soo friendly, our entire group did not stop raving about it the whole time we were down there. The weather even was wonderful, compared to Pittsburgh where I think it rained our entire 10 day trip, lol , which in Philly I'm sure you know too.
But honestly some of our wedding party were married couples who did the traditional boring church, then off to the reception and bamm over in a few hours, you could see it on their faces that they were kinda jealous and probably wished they went our route. But I'll stop before I can't shut up LOL.
We look forward to planning more trips with you and SeaSide will def. be very hard to top !! THANKS JEN for everything.

Honeymoon at Sandals Grande in St. Lucia
We are back from our honeymoon and I just wanted to thank you for your help. We couldn't have had a better time! When we arrived, we found out we were upgraded to a concierge room with an ocean view and we loved it.
Everything was so much fun and the service was great, we even ended up becoming PADI certified SCUBA divers. We'll make sure to recommend your services to friends and family and to keep you in mind when we plan future vacations.
Once again, thanks for your help.

Destination Wedding at Sandals Negril
I have been trying to find the time to email you back but it has been so crazy since the day I returned. I have to say I absolutely LOVED my wedding. It was better than I ever imagined. The people at Negril really took great care of us and our guests. All of our guest had a great time. The room that we were upgraded to was gorgeous! I can't say enough positive things about my wedding and the resort.
I was so happy and emotional - (darn hormones). I think everyone cried with me while I walked down the aisle - even Jermaine.
The honeymoon resort was perfect for a honeymoon. It was more relaxed and a lot bigger than Negril but I loved them both. Jermaine and I had a blast at both places. Sandals Negril was beautiful and the people who worked there were great, just perfect for a wedding group.
Jennifer, you made this process very smooth and easy for Jermaine and I. We are very thankful for all of your help and patience.
Thank you again!

Destination Wedding in Jamaica (Accomodations at Sandals Grande Riviera)
It was GREAT - we had a wonderful time and I've been telling everyone that I'm truly a Sandals convert. This is definitely the best resort we've stayed in on the island so far. My parents want to go to the Royal Plantation resort some day. Also, everyone said that you did a great job organizing everything - we all had an AWESOME time! Thank you so much for everything!
1. I would recommend a destination wedding if the guest list isn't too large or if the budget is large and they can afford to have the wedding on the resort. One thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that you always saw the bride and groom walking around the resort and there didn't seem to be much "privacy" or "intimacy" (I don't think I would have wanted to see a lot of people I didn't know all over the place while I was getting pictures taken or preparing for the wedding, but that's just me).
2. Sandals Grande Riviera did a great job with our "rehearsal dinner" - the food was delicious and the decorations were very nice. We also saw a few weddings on the property and they looked really really nice, especially the ones where they set up a tent in the yard, etc.
3. I would definitely recommend VIP - nothing needed to make the experience any better - we had a great time, very organized.
*We stayed in a Villa on the Manor side and I'm really really glad we did. We were upgraded to Concierge Level and were put in one of the Butler suites (though we didn't actually have a butler). Our room had a separate living room and a separate bar area, and included a fully-stocked bar (the regular rooms only had soft drinks and water). The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom had a hot tub/sauna/shower.
*The rooms on the Riviera Side were nice, but didn't seem any nicer than the villas, but again, we had a Butler/Concierge room and our guests had a Standard Room so that may have been part of the difference? Not Sure.
*We spent a lot of time in the evening at the Riviera Side because they had more restaurants and more of a "party" vibe.
*The Manor Side was more laid back, and that's where we spent most of our days because the pool on the Manor Side is AWESOME (much much nicer and way bigger than the main pool on the Riviera Side). Plus, the Manor has a second pool with a fun slide that everyone loved - I don't think they had one on the Riviera Side. I'm more of a pool person than a beach person so that's also why the Manor side worked for us, but if we wanted to be on the beach a lot, the Riviera would have been better, I suppose.
*We also had lots of people do water activities, including glass-bottom boat rides and snorkeling, and they all loved it. Our friends also played tennis and loved it. And Mike and Kevin Kulp went golfing a few times and said the course was nice.
*A ton of us signed up for a Dunn's River/snorkeling/booze cruise and we had a great time (additional money)*Red Lane Spa was SO GREAT. My mom and I got 80-minute massages (the first day I was there, they were offering a coupon for 40% off so we got a great price for it - less than anything we would have paid here in the States, and 30 minutes longer). It was SO RELAXING that I actually fell asleep and then woke myself up by snoring - oops! We had such a great time that we went back later in the week for pedicures and manicures and they were lovely.
*The best restaurant on the Manor side was Orchids (Asian Fusion). SO. GOOD. Most of us got the Filet for entree and it was perfect. They brought us a delicious spring roll thingy for an app and it was really good. The Duck was another great entree. And the spicy fried rice was super yummy! Plus, they were really great about accommodating our large group of 12 - very pleasant.
*We also ate at the MarketPlace (Breakfast Buffet). It was alright, but I think Bayside on the Riviera Side of the resort was better.
*The Grill on the Manor Side was good. The pizza there wasn't as good as the pizza on the Riviera Side.
Phew! I think that's it. If you've gotten this far into the e-mail you are a trooper! I will tag you on the pictures that we all uploaded on Facebook so you can check out our great experiences.
Again thank you so much!!

Secrets St. James - Montego Bay, Jamaica
Once again you have gone above and beyond to give us a fabulous vacation. Secrets St. James in Montego Bay was great. Both of our rooms had a fantastic ocean view and were located close to each other. The staff, room, and the food was outstanding.
While Secret St. James is one of the two resorts located on the property having access to all amenities was really nice. Though the resort was great, we did venture off to explore Jamaica; we climbed Dunns River falls, swam with dolphins at dolphin cove, visited the white sandy beaches of Negril and partied at Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville and Rick’s café which included extreme cliff jumping with the locals (commonly referred to as CAJs or Crazy *** Jamaicans)!
I would certainly recommend St. James to anyone especially. We plan to go back in the future since there is so much to do and see!

Wedding & Honeymoon at Sandals Grande Antigua
Our trip to Sandals Grande Antigua was amazing. We did get an upgrade to the honeymoon orchid grande poolside walkout.
Even though the Mediterranean side is newer, we were so happy to stay on the Caribbean side. The Caribbean side had more restaurants and entertainment plus we loved the atmosphere. We met so many people who stayed on in the big Mediterranean complex and all we heard were complaints.
The wedding went perfectly. The wedding staff was extremely helpful and very attentive to us. The pictures turned out so good. And FYI about the video. They do a full edit with music, pictures and video. We were very surprised because we thought we would just get a standard video but their production quality was fantastic.
We only did two excursions, the shopping trip into town and the zip line. Thanks for the info on that. Ebony from the resort tried to scare us into signing up for a bunch of stuff but it wasn't necessary. We found that zip line and the dinner on the beach book up very fast and people should pre-register for those.
The only disappointment was the arrival at the tiny airport. It took forever. Also, arriving at the resort for newbies like us we had no idea what was going on or who we were waiting for cause they didn't tell us anything. Departure was much better and they took charge more with that.
With all that being said, we can't wait to go back to Sandals for our 1 year anniversary. We wouldn't mind goingback to Antigua but are also looking at the one in the Bahamas and the one in St. Lucia. Do you have any recommendations on either of those for us?
I'm attaching a pic on this email for you like you asked. And I'll let Robin know about posting a review on that link. BTW, the wedding office and SnapShots photo office had your wedding book displayed. The wedding office had a big book and a parent book, while SnapShots had your big wedding book. It was wild seeing our travel agents pictures allover the place, ha ha.
Thanks again for all your help,

Disney Vacation by our Disney Travel Expert Jen Graf
June 21-28, 2011 Wakefield Retirement Trip
We had the pleasure of having our Disney World trip arrangements made by Jen Graf! She was very organized and helpful and our trip was outstanding!!! Because of her extensive knowledge of Disney World and its offerings, we were able to include meals and experiences that we would not have known about otherwise. This added tremendously to the success of our trip.
Due to some health issues, our travel group had to change from six people to two people at one point, and then back to four people finally. She was very patient with us, and made all of the adjustments to our travel plans efficiently and promptly. We could not have asked for better service.
Jen was terrific and we highly recommend her as a travel agent!
