If I had to do everything all over again I would not changed one thing. I am so thankful and thrilled to have been referred to VIP Vacations, Inc. Jennifer was amazing and extremely helpful with every part of our planning process. She was always there for me when I needed her not only from a professional standpoint but from a personal standpoint as well. We had a lot of unexpected changes during the last few weeks prior to our departure date and Jennifer was there for me then when I needed her the most and words cannot express how grateful I am for her and her company.
Beaches Negril: The food, beach and staff were all fabulous. We had such an amazing time with our friends and family. There is absolutely nothing better then a family vacation, wedding and honeymoon all-in-one! The wedding staff at Beaches Negril did an amazing job pin pointing exactly what I wanted on my wedding day and I did not have to worry about a thing. I got my hair and makeup done at the spa on the resort and Stacy Ann did both my hair and makeup and did an awesome job. Please keep in mind that it took her two hours to do both my hair and makeup and I never did a trial.
We opted for the 1 hour cocktail reception and it ended up being over 2 hours. It was a white glove service and the staff was super friendly. They even danced with our nieces while Brian and I got taken away by our photographer for pictures. Our photographers name was Nicola and she was amazing. Extremely friendly and I liked her from the first time we met her, even before I knew she was a photographer. She was fun to work with and did an amazing job on our wedding pictures. Our wedding day was perfect and I am extremely happy with the way everything turned out. I owe it all to VIP and the amazing staff at Beaches Negril!!!

I just wanted to take this time thank Jennifer and the VIP Team for all of the hard work you did in order to make sure our destination wedding was wonderful.
I am so glad you convinced me to pick Dreams Tulum, I could never have chosen a better place with such happy, warm people at Dreams Tulum.
Thank you for helping me through one of the most important days in our lives. We weathered through the tropical storm and I was so glad that they have that lovely chapel because rain or shine, we were thrilled to get married there. I enclosed a picture of the chapel! The staff at dreams not only treated myself, but my entire family like VIP'S. I am amazed at how easy the wedding process was working with you and can't even begin to thank you enough for everything!
I am telling everyone about VIP!! Thank you for your support and I look forward to booking my anniversary soon!

Hey Jennifer,
Got back from Mexico on Tuesday and we had an absolute blast :) ALL our guests had a fabulous time.
I am so happy with the way everything turned out. The timetable ended up being perfectly fine. The ceremony was at noon, we were done taking pictures at 1:30, we sat and has some drinks and then I went back to the room and washed my hair and took my makeup off and went swimming with everyone. And then I slipped back into my dress and went to the reception at 6. The reception was great, service was excellent. We had a blast.
If you ever have anyone that is looking for a review of everything there let me know I would be happy to talk to them. Anabel, the wedding coordinator was fabulous.
Beyond happy with the trip! Thanks again, you are 2 for 2 with us :)

I cannot thank you enough for talking me into getting married in Jamaica!!! IT was by far the most spectacular time that I have ever had in my life!!! There are actually no words to describe how awesome BEACHES Resort is......I expected it to be great, but it was so much more than great! We are already starting to plan out next trip....Mike would like to see turks......
I have to say, I was a bit unlucky, but the natives in Jamaica say otherwise, because out of all the days we were there, the only day it rained was on my wedding day, and it rained at exactly 4 pm, the time we said our vows....then everyone ran under the tents, and we realized that we had to take the party indoors, BUT, thank god I can laugh about it now......we ended up having the reception in one of the restaurants called the Seville, and it was beyond amazing, especially when my drunk Aunt went into the kitchen and got the entire staff onto the dance floor!!!!!!!!! It was beyond hysterical and just so much fun!!!!
The staff came up to me the next day and asked me if i was the bride from that crazy new york group....and if course i laughed and said yes and they just couldnt stop telling me how it was by far one of the best weddings they ever had at beaches.......they even downloaded the pics and saved them, AND THEY CALLED ME ALREADY ABOUT THEM!!!!!! Telling me how GREAT the pictures came out....!!!!
The next day the butler, his name was Conrad and was simply awesome.....he arranged for a beach party with a DJ to serve drinks and lunch for all of my guests....we partied all day until the sunset and did all of the water sports etc....the pictures do not even do it justice!!!!!
My engaged friend darlene wants to get married away too at a beaches and I gave her all of your info for when she is ready....
My room was simply gorgeous and they also upgraded my parents....
Again, the place is just fantastic and there are no words to describe how happy I was and am about BEACHES!!!! Again, thank you so so so so so much for EVERYTHING!!!!!! I am forever grateful to you for everything~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Azul Sensatori - Riviera Maya, Mexico

Hey…I am back. We left June 19th and came home the 29th. The Azul was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was OUTSTANDING. The weather was gorgeous the first 7 days we were there including the wedding and then it rained the last 4 days ALL DAY.
The only problem we had which they did not accommodate us really was having our guests at dinner as more than a party of 8. We had 40 guests and they did not make any exceptions because they did not want one server having us. Even after we said we would take multiple servers they would not do it. We only were looking to put together a table of 15.
Roberto and Veronica organized our wedding when we got there and it was seamless. The music for the ceremony was perfectly timed and they did not need any help. The DJ at our reception was shaky in the beginning but we had a friend MC the dances, etc and the DJ caught on and our party was amazingggg!!! The girls have nothing to worry about!
I would have to say the entertainment is LACKING. They have one show every night at 9:30 and they are VERY good, however, there is really nothing to do at the resort other than swim and go to that show. I would recommend doing excursions for those who like entertainment, because you will not find it here. I definitely recommend tipping your maid every day. They do day and night service. Room service is always available. On our wedding night after we got back from the reception…..we had a hot tub filled with rose petals in the shape of a heart, candles all around it and two kissing swans on our bed and champain. Nothing was more romantic than that. Breakfast in bed the next day and candlelight dinner at the beach.
I LOVED IT! Best time ever! How was your resort and your wedding?? I wanna know as Jeff and I want to go away next year around the same time.

Sorry for not giving you an update sooner on how our wedding went in Jamaica - once we got back we had our party to plan at our house for 100 people so things have been busy since we got back from Jamaica.
We had a great time - they treated up like a king and queen! Our wedding coordinator down there was great and very helpful. We loved how nice all of the people down there were and their willing to help. We had a wonderful rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. The girls at the salon were great and did an awesome job with hair and make up. Our wedding was more than we could have asked for - everything that day was PERFECT!! We wouldn't have done it any other way! Thanks so much for helping with our travel and wedding arrangements over the past year or so. We really appreciated it!!

Vinny and I want to thank you and Dani for all your hard work and patience with our group. Your company did an excellent job. I wish you could of been there for our day. Did you make it for the grand opening- I heard you were coming.
Everything went well with the wedding. About 10-15 people got sick including Vinny on the wedding day but thank god not for long (about 8 hrs it lasted). One of Vinny's cousins is a doctor and checked out Ashley and just said it was a virus and had to run its course.
Everyone said that it was the best wedding that they ever went to.
The arrivals were a bit hectic - a lot of the rooms were not ready or assigned yet. A few people had to change rooms b/c of the smell of the waste center. Also for the Reskler's their room was actually dirty (like beer cans all over the place) and they only had one room down (they requested two ajoining rooms) and some others had backed up toilets so they had to change. But they were very accomadating to us and changed everyone.
Ours was great (they upgraded us to the 2 bedroom suite in the Italian village on May 8th). It was beautiful. The food was great and the camp was even better. We utilized the Nanny's at night a few times and for the wedding.
Overall - everyone had a great time and a lot of us already put a deposit down to come again next year and a Tim McArdle is planning on having his 20 year anniversary there in 2010.

Marita and I received your postcard. We made it back ok, but now it is back to the real world as we prepare for work tomorrow.
We wanted to take some time to thank you for all your help in organizing our family and friends for this joyous event. We're attaching some photos of the resorts and promise to send you some wedding pictures when we get them.
FYI - we were a little disappointed with the beach at the Azul Sensatori as it was too rocky to get in the water much past your knees. However, the resort itself was great, food was good, pools were awesome and the rooms lovely.
On separate cover I'm sending you a link to the pictures my father in law took.

We are back. The wedding was just perfect and we really enjoyed the trip. 10 days wasn't nearly long enough! The weather was beautiful. I keep hinting to Kevin that we need to go back next year for our anniversary. Thank you for recommending Antigua.
I have no regrets about doing our wedding at Sandals-they handled everything and it was perfect. The wedding pictures turned out great and the video too! I was impressed to have my wedding album within 2 days after the wedding! I attached a couple of pictures for you.
The room was beautiful and the resort was very nice. Overall everything was great. I did find the pool chair/towel situation pretty ridiculous but we spent most of our time on the beach anyway. We had a concierge at check-in that was less than helpful in getting us dinner reservations but when I found someone else to help, we had them booked for Sunday through the rest of the week. I can't really complain about the food but it was pretty average. It was interesting to see how some restaurants really functioned to meet your expectations (Eleanors & Marios) and others-(OK Corral) were the complete opposite.
Honestly, I am glad that I read some reviews so we knew what to expect-as far at the pool chairs and reservations AND BRINGING BUG SPRAY. But I do agree that they were way off base as far as the rest of the negative comments.
We took a couple of excursions and I really recommend the Extreme circumnavigation boat tour. That was great-we saw the entire island from the water and the 5 stops were really fun.
We will definitely go to Sandals again!

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I have been working like crazy since coming back and trying to get my married life in order :) We had an AMAZING time! The wedding was perfect. It rained all day and our location got moved and our ceremony pushed back 2 hours but in the end it all worked out, we were still able to get married on the beach and the sun came out for a few minutes to make for great pictures! The Jamaicans insisted that rain on your wedding day is a blessing :) Everyone had a great time, THANK YOU! We felt like celebrities on the resort, besides everyone knowing us from the wedding... Brandon won a dance competition (hilarious), we won a trivia contest, did water aerobics, made ourselves known at the pool bar etc etc! We stayed on the resort for the most part but did venture out on foot to do some shopping at a local market and took a ride to Ricks cafe for a world famous sunset... and Brandon jumped off the cliff with my brother! Our room was beautiful, loved coming back after the wedding to flower petals everywhere and a tub in candlelight. The butler thing was interesting to us but we learned to cope ;-) There were a couple small things that didn't go as planned on the resort but nothing that VIP did or could have changed. No problem mon! All in all, the Jamaican hospitality is like no other, true service with a smile.
I don't know if you have facebook or access to it but all my pics are on there! I am trying to e-mail them all to you but I'm not doing very well. I can attatch single pics but can't figure out how to attatch a big group. I will put Brandon onto it and get them all to you! Here are a few to hold you over :-)
