Wedding Couples Booking a Destination Wedding and Staying at the Following Hotels:

El Dorado Royale, a Spa Resort, El Dorado Seaside Suites, Azul Sensatori Hotel, Azul Fives Hotel, or Hidden Beach Resort will receive the following:

• 5-9 rooms booked, $ 500 added value towards a room upgrade
• 10-14 rooms booked, $ 500 added value towards a room upgrade & $500 towards resort credit
• 15-19 rooms booked, $750 added value towards a room upgrade & $750 towards resort credit
• 20- 30 rooms booked, $1000 added value towards a room upgrade & $1000 towards resort credit
• 31-onwards rooms booked $1500 added value towards a room upgrade & $1000 towards resort credit

• Free Wedding Package is only valid when booking a qualifying category prior to promotional upgrades.

How To Redeem:

• Room reservation should be made in the non-upgraded category using the booking code.
• Upgrades can be requested at time of booking all the way up to 45 days prior to arrival.
• Upgrades should be requested via email to weddings@karismahotels.com
• Final upgrade will be verified against rooming list which is due at 45 days prior to arrival.
• Final resort credit will be confirmed to bride/groom via final wedding detail sheet
• Resort credit is valid for resort food & beverage including all items in hotel banquet kit, wedding cakes, champagne & wine, spa services, not valid on outside vendor services; this credit will be granted upon arrival at the hotel.

Please Note Upgrade Restrictions:

El Dorado Royale:

• At El Dorado Royale, guest can upgrade within the Casitas section, but cannot upgrade from a Junior Suite to Casita section
• This promotion is not applicable for the following room types at El Dorado Royale: Presidential Suite & Presidential One Bedroom Casita at El Dorado Royale

El Dorado Seaside Suites:

• The promotion is not applicable for the Honeymoon Suite at the El Dorado Seaside Suites

Azul Beach Hotel:

• The promotion is not applicable for the Azul Suite at the Azul Beach Hotel

Azul Sensatori Hotel:

• At the Azul Sensatori, guests can upgrade within the Premium Section, but cannot upgrade from a Luxury Jacuzzi Swim-Up Suite to Premium Section.
• This promotion is not applicable for the following room types at the Azul Sensatori: Honeymoon Ocean Front Jacuzzi Suite, Honeymoon Ocean Front Swim-Up Jacuzzi Suite, & the Presidential Suite.

Azul Fives Hotel:

Upgrades can be applied as follows:

• Guests can upgrade from a 2 Bedroom Suite to a 2 Bedroom Penthouse Suite.
• Guests can upgrade from 3 Bedroom Suite to 3 Bedroom Penthouse Suite.
