Travel agents with a CSS designation are required to complete a rigorous education and training program on a yearly basis, that ensures customers they are the experts on all facets of Sandals and Beaches Resorts, the Caribbean’s leading chain of luxury all-inclusive resorts.  Platinum level CSS agents must report a minimum of 250 traveled bookings, since their initial enrollment in the program – in some cases dating as far back as 1996, the program’s initial year of inception.
