We had an issue with the room at Royal, they put us in the lobby building overlooking the courtyard, very noisy. The building we were in last year was under renovation.  Our guys went to Jason Halloway (we met him last year and he is now Sales Manager) to see if we could be moved because it was noisy and they had a full house that day. They moved us the next day to the rooms we always wanted to be in (we didn't even ask for a specific room - just to be moved).  It was the building on the beach with it's own pool, and mini bar, robes, jacuzzi tub.  He also gave Bobbie and I a $250 spa certificate, bottle of champagne, took a picture of us at our island dinner and had it in a frame in our room when we got back from dinner on the island. They were wonderful, really went above and beyond -- I still feel like I was in heaven. They have a new Pub that we loved and we got to know the guys in the Pub (had the most wonderful time).

Jamaicans are wonderful........... and we never get tired of Jamaica. We were also astounded -- we were in/out of the airport in 1/2 hour, simply amazing!

We just came home from Atlantis in the Bahamas and Chris and I wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for putting together a wonderful trip. The Atlantis Resort offered so many different activities that we will definitely be taking our daughters next year. There is a teen night club as well as many activities during the day to keep them occupied. Atlantis recently added several water attractions that make it a very respectable water park. We didn't realize that with all of the aquariums that are part of Atlantis, it is one of the largest aquariums in the world. Our room was spacious, with an outstanding view of several of the sea ray tanks and one of our many pools. We had two outstanding dinners at two of their "gourmet" restaurants. The Seafire Grill and Steakhouse was the usual steakhouse experience with some local seafood thrown in; bring your appetite to this one as the portions are big. The Cafe Martinique was primarily a local seafood experience with impeccable service and attention. The one "must do" activity at Atlantis was the dolphin interaction at Dolphin Cay. They actually rescued 12 dolphins from Hurricane Katrina and brought them to Atlantis. You can tell by our picture what an amazing experience this was.

We just returned from our trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic from Jan 19^th thru 26^th of this year.  The trip was fantastic.  On a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 10.  We can find NO NEGATIVES at all for the trip.  The Melia Caribe Resort was the best resort that we have been to since we started doing all inclusive.  The liquor was all top shelf.  The food in the restaurants was all outstanding.  We visited the Japenese restaurant twice, the Italian restaurant once, the Dominican restaurant once, the Seafood restaurant once. The one thing that impressed us at each restaurant was the way the food was presented when it was served to us.  They did a very professional job.  The rooms were great and were very clean.  The resort was a nice large resort and was well maintained.  It was very clean.  The two pools were great, the beach was outstanding.  The VIP representative that was there named Kirby, was great.  He booked two tours for us and was very helpful with any questions that we had.  He greeted us upon our arrival at the resort and told us all about the resort.  He than met us on our day of departure and made sure that the van was there to take us back to the airport.  I have attached a picture of our group.  The gentleman in the picture with us is Kelly.  He is a coinceriege who helped us each day get our reservation for the different restaurants.  He was a really big help in making our stay enjoyable.  I would not hesitate to recommend this Melia Caribe Resort to anyone to visit.  It is very well run and all the people are very professional.  The language difference was not a problem either for anyone that you had to deal with, Desk Clerks, Bar tenders, Waitresses, for they all could speak English.  We are looking at maybe returning there again next year because we had such a great time.  Thanks to you Jennifer for recommending this place.

Got back late Tuesday afternoon after a very, very relaxing week at Azul Blue.  It was, without a doubt, the most relaxing and elegant vacation Mary Lou and I have ever had.  They knew our name at the restaurant by the second day.  The service had the personal touch.  They were there for any request we had.  They did seem to be stumped by my request for my nightly drink of VO and water on the rocks. The one time they tried to make it, they used tonic water which I explained to them did not taste good so they were then willing to run to the bar to get the VO and bring me a glass of ice and a bottle of water so I could make my own.  I think they were more used to making the traditional mixed drinks and serving wine.  I told them it was not a big deal to serve my drink they way they did.   The butler service was also very nice.  Although our butler was Noe, we also used the services of Mario and Carlos who were on duty at the desk in our villa.  They were all quite accommodating.  We had Alex, the recreation butler, arrange a snorkeling trip on the reef with two young guys at the beach at Paraiso.  It was one hour with one of the guys as our guide and the other stayed with the boat.  At $20.00/person, it was definitely worth it.  We got rides from the hotel and also used the bikes (could have had more comfortable seats) one day.  Freddy, our pool butler, was also very good.  He ran around there getting anything we requested from drinks to food as well as the cool towels, putting up the umbrellas and getting us the large towels for our chairs.  The double bed chairs were very nice too.   

The food was superb.  I am not as much of a food connoisseur as Mary Lou, but I have to say that I really enjoyed the variety and quality of food.  The executive chef came around and introduced himself and asked if everything was ok.  We told him everything from breakfast to dinner and deserts was excellent.  We got to eat at all three restaurants and try many different selections from all the menus.  As far a quiet, the first three days we were there, the maximum number of people at the pool was 14 with only 30 people registered in the place.  The maximum we saw at the pool was 21 and that was because a group of 16, from Austria, came in on Sat but only stayed for one day.  Meals were also very quite, except for the one that had the group from Austria there, but even with them, the service was still very good.

We both thank you very much for making the arrangements for us.  It was very nice to have everything arranged for us.  We had no problems with flights, transfers to and from  the airport or the accommodations.   We would definitely be glad to use you again and also recommend you to others.  Thank you for the post card that we received when we got home.  That was a nice touch.  Thanks again.

Our honeymoon was FANTASTIC, hurricane and all. We had absolutely amazing weather before the storm, and while Dean did get in the way of many activities we felt that the Whitehouse crew kept us very well informed and we felt very safe during the storm. It was a memorable experience that results in another week of vacation! I believe Rebecca sent off the information back to Sandals for our Hurricane Guarantee Voucher and we are definitely going to come to you to help us book our trip next summer (After school ends in June).

We're not sure where we'll want to go. We absolutely loved Whitehouse and Jamaica, but we might want to try a different resort. We'll debate our destination and let you know as soon as we have all the info back from Sandals.

Thought I would drop you an e-mail about our trip to El Dorado Royale, it was wonderful! We had an awesome time! The resort is so beautiful and the staff was great. We had great weather 7 of 8 days were perfect.  You know i am a huge [all inclusive resort] fan but there were a few things I liked better at El Dorado. I think, overall, the food was better, although there are really no big buffets, except for breakfast, but the quality was sooooo impressive. Our room, with the swim up suite was just so cool, and was kept incredibly clean, we loved it.  El Dorado is a really laid back resort, which we loved.  Not much night life on the resort, but we are not night life people.  We did go to Playa Del Carmen twice for excitement and it was great.  The pools were lovely at El Dorado, clean and not crowded, lots of them and lots of pool bars.  The beach was a nice place to lay out, but swimming was not good, do not recomend El Dorado to big Beach people because i think they will be dissapointed.  Apparently their beaches were ruined with the hurricane damage.  It was nice to be able to ride bicycles around the resort and be transported by golf cart if you did not want to walk anywhere, because the resort is soooo big.  Bikes are free. We will definately at some point be going back, we had such a good time, I loved Mexico, felt much safer than Jamaica and the roads are way way better.

I was going to call you, but the guys are in the office. Don't want them to hear me gushing. Wow - what an incredible vacation. We are still on a high. Jeremy Mutton at the Royal is wonderful. Wow and double Wow!  He had the most wonderful dinner set up for us on Cay Island. Our own special waiter, wine stewart, the whole nine yards - right on the beach away from all the activity. We all thought we died and were in heaven! He happened to be on the island the night of our special dinner because Butch Steward was having a private dinner on the island too! When I saw Jeremy and thanked him I started crying because I was so touched by what he did and Bobbi came over and started crying too! We were absolutely blown away! He took our hands and I could have melted on the spot. Then I walked around the island and wanted to meet Butch. He was right on the pier and I walked up and asked if I could meet him. He was so gracious. I told him how wonderful Sandals was and that we keep coming back because of the service, food, and people. He was all smiles! What an experience for me. Then, we met Simon (Asst. Manager) at MObay and his wife at the special dinner and had a ball with them and spent a lot of time with them throughout the week. Even went to their house to meet their kids, they have beautiful kids. We wound up eating lunch/breakfast almost every day with Simon and sometimes with Chantel his wife. They asked Bret & Bobbi at the dinner if they would like to be in a video having a massage. So the next day they were videotaped having a massage. Then Simon asked all of us if we would like to help him and be in a video eating at the OK Corral and we were all in that video. The next day he asked us if we would help him again and we were videotaped at the Italian restaurant. Next month we will be on the MOBAY website video. We were like celebrities. People were coming up to us all week because they recognized us. We met so many wonderful people it just blew us away. There were so many good things, we can write a book.

My girlfriend and I just returned from Las Vegas last night, and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your assistance.  In addition to getting me better rates than I ever thought possible, I had a care free trip knowing that you had taken care of all the details.

The complementary travel pouch was very convenient because of its size, and the fact that it kept all of my important paperwork in one safe place.  We actually ended up being picked up by a limo, which was very affordable and worth every penny.  The Bellagio was, without a doubt, the nicest hotel that I have ever checked in to.  To top the trip off, we were upgraded to first class on our trip home.  What a way to travel!!!

Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism.  I will be calling you the next time I am thinking about going anywhere, and recommending you to everyone who will listen.

Jennifer, where do I begin? We had a ball. Most of us want to go back next year, if the price comes down again. I loved Sandals Montego Bay resort. The set-up was perfect. We hung out at the beach where the pool bar was, so we could float on rafts when it was hot and drink. Everything great in one place. The food was fabulous and the staff couldn't do more. We made many Jamaican friends. Our room was great - right on the beach! Thanks for that! And the gym was right behind our building. I went every morning before breakfast for an hour to work out. I knew those frozen drinks would be my downfall, so I worked out every day.

We could go back to this resort every year if affordable. It was perfect is so many ways. Keep a look out next year for us, when they have a price reduction. I'm also glad we added two nights, it was nice staying longer than a week! This was one of the best vacations we've had in years. The others were good, but this was great! You did a lot of good things for us. There's so much that happened that I can't remember it all....... many good times had by all.......Thanks again!

Hello Jennifer! I just wanted to take a quick minute and thank you for recommending Royal Plantation in Jamaica. Todd and I had an absolutely fantastic time on our honeymoon. The staff was more than accommodating. The grounds were gorgeous and the food was excellent. We've told just about everyone we know that they have to give it a try.

Bahia Principe was AWESOME !!! We were upgrated to a suite for free in the Akumal section, which was so beautiful - a little quieter, but yet so close to all the food, bars, pools, ocean, etc.

I've been singing your praise here, so hopefully you'll get a little more business. Mike Papas is going to ask you about it.

Service was excellent, it was spotless, food was terrific, and yes, I drank their water, ate their ice cubes, ate all their fresh salads, and no problem whatsoever. Thanks for an awesome trip !!

Just wanted to let you know we had a great time in Punta Cana. No problems with delays with flights and the weather was outstanding. We were so lucky with the hurricanes coming through we missed them, especially as there is another on the way through starting Wednesday, so we are pleased to be back safe and sound.

The Japanese restaurant was fantastic and very enjoyable and it was fun to have choices with the disco, casino and shows. The water sports were great also.

I was wondering if there were any offers yet for November, I would be happy to go back to Punta Cana, Jamaica or anywhere else. I have the holiday bug now! The dates were November 6th to 13th/ 14th. It would be for two people, myself and my mum. I have to go to the uk for a couple of weeks 10th Sept - 22nd Sept but will be about after then.

What a trip! We absolutely loved Whitehouse! It was great.

We loved the way the resort was laid out. There were a lot of people but you weren't on top of anybody.

We were in the French Village, 4th floor. Wow--what beautiful sunsets every night!

Food was excellent. We did pass on the chocolate buffet, however. Much too late to indulge!

We had no complaints and heard very few from others.

Mark and I would like to meet you and take you out for dinner. Please let us know what your schedule is like and if you would be available some Saturday evening in the near future!

We returned from El Dorado Seaside on Monday night. The resort was very nice — lovely rooms, very good food, and excellent service. It was a great place for the relaxation we were looking for. .

The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed lounging in our bed on the beach. The grounds were well-kept, and there were a nice variety of activities available (although we happily opted to avoid most of them). We enjoyed the decor of the restaurants and the presentation of the food. Almost all of the men wore shorts and nice shirts to dinner, so my husband was very happy to fit right in.

We enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to others. We did have an excellent vacation and very much enjoyed being in Mexico. Thanks for guiding us to this resort and for being patient with all my questions and concerns.
